How did I go this long without this product?? OMG! I am a self tan junkie (or I thought I was) and I saw something similar to this product on one of my favorite sites that I purchase my tanner from (Tanceuticals. However, their price was too rich for my blood. So I searched around and of course Amazon had what I needed. This is a lifesaver and I am so pleased with the price and quality. So if you like to self tan and always feel bas about asking someone to get your back, get this! I start at the back of my neck and shimmy it down to my waist to make sure everything is well blended. Works like a charm!

What a great invention!
I have used the "sponge on a stick" type of applicator to get lotion on my back, but I still can never get it even and always miss spots. (I guess my arms are short??) This gem does the trick, though! I have been using it to apply self-tanner and so far, my back has an even "tan", unlike before. I like the fact that it is washable, although I have not yet washed it. The application side is soft and feels good on my back. Hopefully it will last a while. I would definitely recommend, especially if you have short arms!!

Who needs a husband?
My husband whines when I ask him to put lotion on my back. I am so sick of it! I use this everyday. It's a great lotion applicator for your back. It's really easy to use and feels great. It doesn't seem like much product is wasted. I'm sure it works great with tanner as well. I haven't tried to wash it, but I think it will wash well. Why didn't I think of this?

I have self tanned for a few months. This is my favorite product.I LOVE this model co, self-tan back applicator! I would buy it again in a heart beat! I use it for my whole body when applying lotion. I wear vinyl disposable gloves. I get streak free results every time, I had a mitt but it was awkward. I like that I can put it around my legs, core, neck, arms and it does my back flawlessly! I will repurchase when and if I need to!

Stretchy handles work well.
Stretchy handles work great. The only thing they could improve on would be to have this be double sided because it does tend to flip when you put lotion on it.

A great help when self tanning!
This is such a great way to be able to self tan your back without any help! I use a hand mitt to do the rest of my body and I use this for my upper/mid back. I just get a few dollops of product on my back and use this to buff it in. I'm very happy with this product! Easy to rinse out and air dry - ready to use again. Good quality!

I used it all summer, great solution to make your back look like your front. (It also feels like a velvety rub down). Received compliments in my backless sun dresses for a first. Kind of awkward to wash. Convenient to hang on towel bar end knob.

I used it to apply sunscreen as I am a solo traveller and asking a stranger to apply sunscreen to your back is...awkward! I felt the sunscreen was just absorbed into the fabric. Not sure how much made it to my back. Odd concept but I will try it again in the summer.

This is excellent for doing your own self tan on your back. So easy to use, no mess and once its dry folds back into its bag. I always had difficulty tanning my back until I came across this self tan applicator. If you tan, don't be without this, its fantastic and in a couple of seconds a lovely tan back is done with zero fuss. Thank you Amazon for selling it.

OK for sunscreen
Use this for sunscreen. Nice simple product, packs small, fabric handles work fine, no unnecessary bulk, good practical length. I think the material is rather too absorbent for sunscreen, it seems to soaks quite a bit up, obviously designed for tanning use, but still seems the best practical choice available. Very reasonable price, quite happy with it.

Good idea, poorly manufactured
It does what it's meant to in enabling you to reach the middle of your back, but the quality is terrible. I've had two of these come apart after a couple of days as they are glued at the seams rather than sewn and it seems the glue is water soluble.

Great gift for a fake tan addict
Don’t you who was more pleased with this, my daughter (fake tan addict) or the rest of us who get the job of applying fake tan to her back...no more orange hands for me!!
