Great for Hockey!

Great for hockey ringette. The ones at the rink disappeared so I ordered my own. The are holding up well and the kids love the colors. When you first open them they do smell so just keep them in the garage until that goes away, which seemed to be a couple of weeks in my case. I am not using them as a pillow so not concerned but they will smell up your car those first few days if you leave them in there.

Deck Tennis. The game that everyone wants to play.

The ring is a little thin and wider than the previous rings of 50 years ago,. The game is deck tennis.. You throw the ring over the net and it must be caught by the opposing player with 1 hand and thrown back with the same hand. If you drop the ring you are eliminated, if you switch hands you are eliminated and then replaced with another player waiting to play. Players are rotated in with a maximum of 6 players on the court., fast moving game. You can set as a goal score as low or high as you want, Usually the range is 21 points,. Game can last for hours.

Good quality, not accurate reviews

I purchased these rings in order to keep my exercise ball chairs from rolling across the classroom. After reading several reviews I went through and purchased them. However, I do not recommend them for this purpose as it is very challenging for the balls to balance on top of the rings, slightly larger rings of this material would work perfectly though! Would happily return if possible, not familiar with the deck toss game, so I cannot evaluate them based on their intended purpose.

Durable

Great product! I use these for so many things with my daughter. Color matching with items around the house, color matching with cones, ring toss, hats, bracelets, hoops for her stuffed animals to jump through, toys in the bath/ pool. Endless possibilities. I gave 6 of them to my mom for use at her house while she watches my daughter. ALSO great as PE equipment

Air them outside to get rid of smell

These are perfect for our riders in Therapeutic riding program. However, they do have a strong chemical rubbery smell when they came. Letting them air out for a few weeks helped tremendously

The ideal Deck Tennis Ring

Years ago my dad introduced us as kids to ring tennis. It's a great game, played by the same rules as regular tennis, but with rings. I believe it was invented for cruise ships where real tennis couldn't be played for obvious reasons. Anyway, the rings in this set are bang on. Perfect combination of weight, softness, and pliability. They don't bounce off your hands, and don't bruise or hurt you when catching. I highly recommend these, and for that matter, this sport.
