Got the best! No time to chince on boat wire.
So many wires to choose from, I decided to go Ancor. While I paid more for this, I got a quality marine wire. I like the sheathing and the wire is a good for most of my lights. I ran about 15-20ft on my pontoon for led lights and aux uses that will use 5-10A max I might be pushing it a bit, but most of these will not be on at the same time. I'd recommend searching for a wire gauge chart and determine your load. The material is good strong tinned copper for marine use. This is the industry wire of choice and it says it on the jacket. I have used just copper and it corroded just over a year later. I had to soldered the joints and silicone juice the connector to keep the corrosion out. That was a lot of work, so I decided to pony up and get the real deal. I just chimp and go. I live in the Midwest with fresh water and all four seasons and still copper only corroded. For a boat, this is not where I will ever skimp on money, ever again. First time ANCOR buyer.

Marine grade wiring at a reasonable price
Product is as described. Redoing a pontoon boat and decided to give this brand a try. Will purchase more when needed from them. Comparable to more expensive suppliers at a budget friendly price.

Great wire!
I have been using spools of Ancor wire for many years in a saltwater marine environment. It is very easy to solder terminals to. It is also very flexible, which makes it easy to install. I have NEVER had an issue with the wire, even many years after the installation. To the people who have complained about the spools of wire not being marked every foot.... 1) that would add to the cost of the wire. 2) Either learn some tricks on installing wire, or hire a professional to do the job. 3) buy a Sharpie, and make your own foot marks.... I used some of this spool to install 2 runs on each side of a boat trailer for stop/ taillights. (Because those "trailer wiring harnesses" suck for longevity) I have no idea how much wire was used, (since it has no "foot marks") but I do know the wire itself will never have an issue.

Excellent Wire, I want more
This is the best wire I have ever used. I used it to wire a fuel pump switch, next I will be wiring 4 spotlights, and 8 flood lights to my pontoon upper and lower decks amongst other things. BTW I rolled it all out & measured it, there was 100FT. I see some say they got shorted, that's why I checked it. No shortage. Great for using outdoors, or on a boat.

Can’t beat already coupled and wrapped wiring!
Hate I didn’t get these sooner. Wiring the electrics in my van was made simple with this product. I put connectors on both ends and all that was left was to connect, route and label. Until I purchased, I was working with single wire which doubled the labor time. I had to measure each wire, then wrap for safety and maneuvering.

Great Quality
If you are doing any wiring on a boat, this is what you should use. It is exactly like it says. Very high quality. The only thing I would say is just be sure you need the wires bound together. There were several times when I wish I had separate spools of black and white wires. I will be buying again.
