Fits a small space & cooks good food
There are lots of photos of the grill itself in this listing and other reviews, so with my photo I'm simply trying to show you how it fits into a small living space. I have a very small, about 10' x 10' deck off of my kitchen that is great when the weather is nice. With space at a premium, I wanted a nice small grill that could do a decent steak, but not a tabletop model. This 2-burner seemed to fit the bill and, surprisingly, it is actually a nice little grill. It isn't overly thin metal, and doesn't have a cheap feeling at all. When you begin to assemble it, you'll never imagine how substantial and sturdy it will turn out to be in the end. For the price, I was expecting much less. The side shelves are strong ... I mean, put anything on them, they can handle it. The handle to lift the lid is big and stays cool to the touch, no matter how hot the grill gets or how long it burns. The wheels turn well and the whole unit is easy to move around. The bottle holder is a perfect fit for the 15 lb. exchangeable propane bottles that are available everywhere. Assembly took the better part of the afternoon, but it was a beautiful unseasonably cool day and there was classic rock, dancing and adult beverages may have been involved. Lay the parts out like the diagrams in the instructions show, and you're golden. It's just a lot of steps. The hardware is oddly grouped on a piece of cardboard, which makes you think you're out of something when there is another blister or two with that same piece located elsewhere on the cardboard. Anyway, the hardware was nice, all of the threads were good and nothing tried to strip out during assembly. There are no spares, so stay organized. It lit on the first try and after 5 minutes of warmup, I had a steak sizzling. I did wipe some canola oil on the grate with a paper towel, and there was zero sticking. Nice. The left-hand burner is the one that you have to turn on and light, with the right-hand burner being optional (unless you want to skip the automatic starter button and light only the right with a lighter). There is lots of grilling room -- some examples: 15 half-pound burgers or 12 ten-to-twelve-ounce ribeye steaks fit with no problem. It took me about 3 meals before I was familiar enough with the grill to cook everything the way I wanted it without much fuss. This has 1/3 of the burners of my big ol' prior grill, so I had to learn how to deal with the capabilities of a much smaller grill. I haven't been able to grill and get the meat done without closing the lid, even with both burners on high. Having never before grilled with an closed lid, there was a learning curve, but it wasn't too steep. Please mark this review as helpful if it has been, that helps others see it too. Thanks!

Nice little grill once you get past assembly
Like most reviews stated, assembly is atrocious. I have a family member that assembles things for a box store and said this was awful. What would have been 20 minutes for him turned into 45. If I had taken it on myself, lacking the engineering degree one of the other reviewers had and it took them 4 hours, I would have been working on it past 5 hours at least. HOWEVER, once assembled, it's a nice little grill. Easy to clean, it lit on the 2nd button push. Keep in mind this is a flint spark and not battery so it will wear out sooner or later but has a hole to light with a grill lighter. Unlike some other reviews that said it didn't get hot, mine had no problems quickly reaching a good grilling temp. What that is, I have no idea as there is no temperature gage. My burgers sizzled nicely when I put them on the rack. The size is perfect for me when I want to gill quick. I have a large Weber charcoal grill for when we have more people, but for me, my husband and grandson this is perfect. I fit 6 good size hamburgers and 5 hotdogs on it and grilled them to perfection without flareups and burning. The only drawback is that the leg base is pretty flimsy and when moving it, it wobbles. I only move it away from the house on a patio about six feet, but it makes me nervous doing it. For the money, it's a great little grill if you want to run outside for a few and make dinner for 1-4 people and don't want to fire up your stove.

Works efficiently
It’s a little on the cheap side, the materials used. It works. I like it. Next time I’ll probably go to the next step up.

NOTES ON ASSEMBLY
Here are a couple of tips that make assembly slightly easier. 1) One person can assemble, but if you have a buddy to help, it will make it go faster - especially steps 1-3 and 8 (the legs aren't heavy but can be difficult to hold while screwing things in). Step 8, 1st part will take some time unless you have two more hands OR are really lucky. 2) Use a socket wrench! 3) Step 7, 3rd part - the flame carry over tube has an open side, MAKE SURE THE OPEN SIDE IS FACING THE FRONT. If it's facing the back, the tube won't work. 4) Step 10, 3rd part - if you don't have small hands (I don't, they're gigantic) getting the nut on is really difficult (but not impossible). It took me about 4 hours to assemble, but I took a "union break" every 60-90 minutes and ate a quick lunch. Also, I'm really OCD so I took my time, looked at the instructions carefully, and cleaned up as I went.

not bad for the cost
This is not a bad little grill but it doesn't heat evenly -- some parts of the burners produce more heat than others. Also, the built-in igniter stopped working so I ignite the flame with a portable igniter. The grill is OK to cook a couple hamburgers or steaks but don't expect too much.
