Very nice hangers at a great price

I normally prefer the plastic version of these slim design hangers but couldn't find them at as good a price as the flocked, anti-slip ones. In addition to price my main reason for hesitancy to purchase velvet flocked is my past experience purchasing the velvet hangers I found them to be more fragile and prone to snapping and breaking easily in comparison to the plain plastic ones. They also tend to be heavier than the plain plastic ones. I should clarify that the problematic flocked ones I purchase prior was not from Amazon. I had purchased these locally so these amazon basics version may or may not have the same fragility issue, only time will determine. They are however still heavier in weight which is probably an issue than can't be avoided as I assume they are plastic underneath and then flocked which is obviously going to add more weight to them. I'm in the process or re-organizing my closet and need at least 500 hangers. I purchased over 300 of another brand in plain plastics and while they are great the cost was adding up. These Amazon basics ones came in at 1/3less price wise which allowed me to get more bang for the buck.

Good hangers.

Love velvet covered hangers. They’re thin, so they don’t take up a lot of room in the closet and the clothes don’t slip off. I have a couple brands of this style of hanger and these are great quality, also love the color. Will buy more if I need to.

Work great, clothes don't slip

The Amazon Basics slim, velvet, non-slip suit clothes hangers (gray/silver) work perfectly. My clothes don't slip off. The slim design means they don't take up a lot of space in my closet. They seem to be sturdy. I'm very pleased with them. I like them SO much better than the regular round plastic hangers (which seem really wide now, and slippery).

Love these hangers!

I wanted this type of hanger because I have a lot of shirts and blouses that fall off other types of hangers. These are great. The velvet cover is super soft and the clothes cling to it perfectly. I love the color of them and I got so many for the price. Great value! They are also pretty sturdy as others I've had break very easily and are not so strong.

Big Bang for the Buck

These far surpass the plastic hangers of today!. The velvetine coating makes them literally slip off free! Slim design makes for better use of space. I love them! I am in the process of switching out all my hangers now!

Love these hangers

I love the velvet so that my clothes don’t slide off. They’re super slim so that you can pack more clothes in and it doesn’t take double the room. It makes your clothes look nice and organized as well because of the cohesive design. You also get a lot for the price. I’ve looked at places like Jysk and bed bath and beyond and this is the best value for money so far. Would recommend these hangers!

Light weight; more flimsy than expected

We needed to reorganized two closet full (and I mean full!!) of clothes and so we ordered Amazon Basics Velvet Suit Clothes Hangers, a box of 100. These hangers are thin and do have a hanger head you can swivel to arrange hangers going all the same way. The metal hanger heads are sturdy and fit most hanger rods fairly easily. Unfortunately the body of hanger tends to be on the flimsier side and easier to break when compared to some other velvet type hangers we have (though I will admit those are slightly thicker). In using so far just 30 of these hangers, one already snapped when it bent pulling a sweater off it. These hanger are Ok for lighter weight items (shirts, tops, some dresses, light sweaters, blazers, scarves) and the velvet covering does help clothes from sliding off it. There is a notch on each "arm" of the hanger to put skinny straps in which work great for items like tank tops and lingerie. These hanger are not suitable of hanging heavier type items like sweaters, coats etc. The bottom cross bar is also too weak to hold items like pants, skirts, thick robes etc and best to use different type hangers for those. Items on cross bar of hanger tends to make the cross bar bend as does pulling of items resting there. These hanger do help cut down on the space that they take up on hanging bar. They are also cheaper than other velvet lined clothes hangers that are on market but remember to compare the overall thickness and durability. We find we now will need to buy additional velvet hangers that are a bit thicker to complete our sorting project but these still serve a purpose for about ¾ of the clothes in this part of the wardrobe area. Have to be careful on what is hung on them plus take care when removing garment too. Too much pulling on garment since it has a tendency to cling to hanger can easily cause them to damage especially it hanger get bent in process.

i got 29 pieces instead of 30

It is what description says velvety hangers with black and rose gold. But instead of 30 pack, I only got 29 of them. One bag contain 15 and other only 14. Bit sad about it. Added pictures
