Works once put together, but the assembly instructions are wrong/incomplete

This frame works, so it gets a good rating overall. However, the assembly instructions are wrong and there is no way to get support over the phone if you're having issues. The way the instructions are written requires two people (or a strong person with a 6'8"+ wingspan) for assembly. The instructions imply that you need to flip the frame before installing the beams that cross in the middle--this may work if two people are assembling the frame, but the way it is hinged, the frame WILL bend in on itself in multiple directions and may twist to a point that damages the product. I was finally able to get it by installing all the middle beams while the frame was upside down and using my closet door as an anchor for two of the legs to prevent it from bending. By the way, I'm 6'4" 215 lbs and muscular and the frame weighs 40 lbs, so the instructions really should be corrected or qualified to 1) say two people are recommended for assembly and/or 2) provide suggestions for how to do it if doing it alone. Solid frame at a good price and Amazon customer support was great, but again, there's no way to get specific guidance on assembling the product, so the instructions should be corrected.

Leave the screws loose until the end

Middle aged woman with very little experience assembling furniture here. Took me 50 mins. Instruction are basic but fairly straightforward. Biggest lesson learned is... ** Don't hard tighten the screws until the end. ** Get each screw threaded, then move on. Go back and hard tighten the screws once all the pieces are in place. At first I was tightening as I went, but then a bunch of the holes didn't line up. Had to go back and loosen some screws so the other holes would line up, then hard tighten once all the screws were threaded. Watch out for the middle legs. Stubbed my toe within 5 minutes of assembling.

Best bed frame EVER!!!

I am a long time amazon customer and am usually pleased with my purchases! This multi pieced, extremely sturdy bed frame is the ABSOLUTE BEST product I have ever purchased ANTWHERE! All pieces wrapped and labeled, explicit CONPLETE pictorial assembly guide, all tools and even EXTRA screws provided. The best frame for storage

I have a studio and am very short on storage for me and my bf, I purchased this in hopes of putting big plastic bins underneath and can store a total of 8 big bins and 2 small bins. The storage capability is amazing and you wouldn’t even know!

18 inch with 12 inch mattress is. Quite high.

Took some effort to construct but went together well, direction only pictures, removed some of nonslip strips before realizing should have left in place. 18 height is great for tall people someone too height for short visitors, Very sturdy. , generally pleased with same for an affordable price.

It was easy to assemble i love it, its high off the floor if you like to feel high and the best part is that i order it so i am able to store bins under the bed, all you need is a good mattress on top and injoy a goodnight rest LOL

Comfortable

Easy to put together and doesn't make noise every time I turn. Ony bad thing s the metal legs. Ouch, stubbed my toe but not to worry. Quick fix , pool noodle . My daughter loved it, she got one too.

Good value

This is a super product that's inexpensive and works great. I assembled by myself in about an hour. Very easy to put together. And the height is perfect for me as I'm quite tall and have knee problems so getting in and out of bed is so much easier. It's sturdy and doesn't squeak. Great deal for the money!

Great buy but can't stand the delivery company

It's solid. Was easy to build. I'm actually really impressed by it's quality. Was so worth it on a budget. Needed a quick solution for a furnished room rental I had to prep in a short time. It's heavy and sturdy. As for the delivery company however, intelcom is a hit or miss. The guy left the box at thw front entrance of my complex. But put all the other pages prdwred and delivered at the same time at my door.i I'm disabled. I had to have someone bring it up for me. While the other day same company of delivery, guy brought the matress to my door. But yes the end is a worthy purchase.if get a foam matress before it has a from under base because these slats are further apart and curved. Can't tske another support board on it. I personally went with a spring matressneith from upper layer with an added foam top matress. Because it's a spring matress the spacing was no issue like that of a n all foam no base matress would have.

Get what you pay for and then some... (Paid 135ish)

BUT, Slats are NOT 2.5 or 3 inches apart as some people have reported. They are exactly 7 inches apart (other than the center ones which have the brace between them) - This was easily rectified with using the box the mattress came in(Memory foam mattress btw) and cutting 6inch thick strips to place along (from head to foot) to spread the weight of mattress out(so it won't sag between the supports) If your using a normal box spring or hard mattress it should be fine(although the height of the bed with a boxspring AND mattress boggles the mind, it'd be like 4 feet off the ground lol) Assembly was easy even alone, although a few of the holes never lined up right until significant pressure was applied. Is worth the price for what was paid, and plenty of storage space under it.

Love this frame, thanks Amazon!

Had previously ordered another frame in the same price range, but it turned out to be made of cheap materials and I returned it. This one is much different, great materials and good design, relatively easy to assemble, it is sturdy, and even seems to support the mattress better than the cheap one did. (I think it's the curved mattress supports.) Love the height, and the subtle details, like the curved sides on the foot-of-the-bed supports. (see pic).

Great product

Simple, easy to put together, frame is taller than I thought which is great if you don’t have a box spring like me. Lots of storage room underneath as well. 10/10 for the price.
