Best liquid and stain resistant cover I have ever used

It doesn't feel like plastic. It's soft and cloth like. I've spilled quite a few things on it. And never gotten any stain on my mattress. I don't think I would try to pour a whole gallon of water or other liquid and expected to work well . But I've never tried that so I really don't know . But for it's purpose it's absolutely excellent . Keeping the little everyday spills and stains off your mattress. It absolutely does that job. The fit is good. The only knock I have on it is the zipper is a little cheap. But that's everything nowadays. Highly recommend this product

Definitely worth The money!

Let me preface this with kids are messy. Things are mess. I bought this just before having my 3rd baby in July 2022. It is currently February 2023. The amount of spills and bodily fluid this has protected us from is phenomenal! This got us through the constant spit up phase without any spots to our actual mattress! This protector recently got to see some action when our toddler was potty training and had overnight accidents. And most recently it has taken the abuse of the stomach flu!! Anyone who has had a baby knows, their poop is gross! Well, add stomach flu and antibiotics to that. Recipe for disaster. Today we had an episode and it was messy. Well, I was worried because no way it protected from that. Well I was happily wrong!! It didn't even slightly leak through!! If you are questioning if you need this. Just buy it already.

Exactly what you need in a mattress protector

When my 4yr old went through bed wetting issues I got a mattress pad, it is cloth and I assumed everything went through it but when I finally decided to throw the mattress out and get another I took off the mattress protector and saw that absolutely nothing had made it through it.

Good for protecting my mattress, but...

I think that this is great for protecting my mattress, but I shouldn't have bought white. I stay alone, so this was a hassle to get on by myself. I had to have someone help me. It looks nice and I think it does a good job at protecting against spills. (I haven't removed it yet, so don't quote me) However, the white color is like white sheets. It gets dirty so fast, but it's a hassle to remove it and wash every time it gets dirty,

What an upgrade

Got the 14" for my daughter to fit into a platform bed and it's perfect. Mattress is semi firm and she likes that for her back. She has spinal cord injury and a soft bed doesn't allow her to raise from a laying down to sit position easily and transferring to her wheelchair is much easier on this mattress. Her back aches at injury site have eased up, also. Good purchase

A great snug fit to my new mattress and it's very comfortable!

I had bought at least 4 different brands and styles of mattress protection covers due to airbnb needs and experiences (stains from blood, coffee and other unwelcome bugs.. you name it). While one of the brands stood out in performance, against all above-stated stains, it doesn't have the right size for my new mattress and I hate the saggy-baggy feeling my last protection cover to my mattress. I stumbled upon Amazon Basics line offering mattress cover now and thought I'd give it a trial since in my experience it was always of great quality. While I haven't get to try the waterproofing ability and couldn't vouch for that part, it's a great snug fit to my new mattress and a great feeling on the skin. You won't feel too hot sleeping on it nor one of those strange plastic-y feelings. I think it passed the comfort and thickness test for the past few nights. I did have my cat peed in my bed once to my last mattress but I'm hoping I will never have to use that waterproof function. Yet if it happened again I'll give an update if this protection cover stands out too!

Easy to fit around mattress and true to size.

I bought the queen size 9” option. I was easily able to put it on myself. It fit perfectly as well. The material is soft and completely unnoticeable with the bed sheets on. Happy with my purchase!

Seems good not sure how waterproof as review says resistant

Does fit a 12 inch deep foam mattress I put it on before it puffed up and to me it didn’t look like it would fit. However it definitely fit and it zipped up with these the zipper seems decent the material is soft and thankfully does not have terry cloth on it it’s just like a nylon feeling material. It does seem to have a bit of rubberized to it on the inside which would be the water barrier however I’m not sure how waterproof it would be I have not tested it it is thin material so I would have to test which I don’t really want to do

Works great, no noise, soft…

Really good - You won’t even know it is there… until someone spills tea all over your bed and you have the satisfaction of knowing it IS there and your mattress isn’t all stained. Peace of mind for under $50!
