No obsevable issues and appears to function the same as an oem cord
A little disapointed when prices went up, but buying in bulk helps. USBC has a bad history of cords not following USB standards. I have used Samsung, RavPower, Amazon, Anker, and a couple generic cords. Most people think a singular bad cord creates a problem but never lists their full history so I'll tell you mine after a basic run down of this product and let you decide what cords have been good and bad. Samsung has reputable but pricey cords and I am unsure on data transfer rates compared to Amazon's, but playing with different phones, wired chargers, and wireless chargers, Amazon has met the power requirements the same as Samung for the multiple devices I used. RavPower I have done a side by side on a few items and think they match but... couldn't be certain. Only had a couple anker and anker converters for older usb types. So for me I would like to think Amazon values quality and follows USB standards (though I betting they do on their size/desire to stay in business not any independent tests) and the whole point of buying an off brand is to save; however, it needs to function and not damage anything. Amazon has been a good power cord fit. I will experiment with their iphone cables next as most off brands for those the tips wear and become hot irons. Might just be the ipjone cord design in general with wear but Im not the iphone user in the house so we'll address that later for those cords elsewhere. What I'm getting at is I believe Amazon may be the offbrand of quality & affordability I'd like. The two issues I have with the cable are it stinks of plastic manufacturing so leave it sitting in the garage a couple days or a room you don't use. The other thing is the style and look changed slightly from the last buy. I like all my cables to look the same. Might be I just have a next gen in their production since I used Ibdifferent product link for the first buy. It is partly a vanity thing and partly I want to be able to tell the USB C from the micro usb from the iphone from etc... on a large charge block. Plus if designs change frequently it undermines my confidence in a consistent manufacturing process. Given Amazon is getting into generic product branding I'd like to think they'll be more consistent once they are rolling long term. The changes initially may not be lowest bidder sacrificing quality but them refining the product. If changes keep occuring then I'll be more concerned. On a side note. I read that samsungs quick charge/fast charge feature is not part of the USB standard however quickcharge is Qualcomm and samsung is reputable so I wonder if it is true and if it makes it a safety concern not buying cables from quick charge companies or if their tech was designed to work within the USBC standard even if not approved. Non profit orgs, standardization & compatibility is best. Thank goodness apple embraced qi. After they did the car industry started putting in wireless phone chargers, but needed to know so they could serve almost all buyer's phones. All this proprietary stuff hurts technology. Dvds bluray laser disc etc... imagine if more collaborationon tech was made the quality and advancements that would exist and reduced overhead but they are competing for market shares and licensing which is business... That said I have never noticed any issues with cables that did not come from wear and tear or my unique story I have still yet to get to. I wpuld stay away from no name cords that are in over night. Before the history let us talk charging. The quickcharge 3 and 2 should be compatible but Samsung stayed with 2. I suspect it has something thing to do with their proprietary techniques for charging. I have read references to adapative charging which may be different from quick charging and work in conjunction with it or it may just be hyping quick charging????‍♂️ so the quick charge 2 works better with the wireless charging than quick charge 3 for a samsung device. Without quick charge a regular port doesn't work with the wireless charger made by samsung. This may or may not hold true for even regular qi chargers without the extra samsung feature as I can see it being abpower demand issue for modern phones and the wireless charging tech. I believe my is due to lack of power or the fact the pad I have was meant for a quick charge port but probably power related. The regular charge port that didn't work was a rav power charger. This charger can do high power for lots of devices and can compensate for draw for larger devices or longer cables. So a regular port may not push enougg power or it is tech related. The Quick Charge 2 charges faster than the quick charge 3 for wireless. I suspect because samsung tech is designed around quick charge 2. Now the crazy exception is my old note 5 charges quicker on a non qc2 and qc3 port by wire but charges crazy quick like 1/8th of the time on the samsung qi. Either this is due to regular qi technolgy, samsung fast daptive in conjuction with qi, or fast adaptive charging with the samsung QC2. I would need a generic wireless to fin out. In short the amazon cables measure up. The biggest factor was the source outlet, wireless pad, and device. Older devuces will like generic ports. Newer ones will work best with their ports. Using the Note 5 even though it prefers older ports the charge pad as a devuce was matched to its tech specs and then it handled the different generations well despite sligh tech variations. So my history and why you shouldnt settle on a slightly cheaper cable. I know it stinks. Micro usb was anlot more affordable and brand didn't matter. So people are habing phone ports melt. Generic and anker. Didnt yave any anker issues until recently. My brother was using an off brand and against better judgement I used his cord. His new phone was having issues with charging so could have been a bad charger cord or an old cord that damaged our phones. I also had a generic cord I got from a gas station in an emergency. No problems with that. Then I used my anker adaptor for the okder format USB. I smelt burning and caught it in time. After that my cord charged fine on other Samsung amazon and rav cables until two cables that were ravpower melted back to back. So at some point a generic cable, an anker adaptor, or wear and tear brought my phone port to a dangerous exsoensive end. I tried going back to other cables and there clearly was a smell and issue with no charging to dangerous mediocre charging. So I trashed all cables use between my brother's and now in case they were mechanically damaged to prevent them from hurting new devices. My devices is 2 yrs old and it could be USB C was a bad design. The older USB standard cords broke but the port on the devuce lasted. USB C has a little delicate tab so not a fan of that. In short, age/wear, off brand, or damage from one cable rolled into a growing problem. I would still trust RavPower & Samsung, but Amazon has built my trust, gone through a good bit of use, is mostly affordable, so far checks out. You should find what works, this is it, stick with it, and that way any issues you know are more likely due to age, abuse, or hopefully not a USBC longevity flaw.

Good Cable
This is a pretty good cable for the price. I noticed that the cable ends are longer than other cables I've used, and my thought is that this cable may last longer because when I go to plug/unplug, my fingers aren't touching the cable at all, just the plug. So maybe the cable won't come loose or split as easily as others. We'll see!

Very good quality, and a good price too
It's too early to see how long these last, but they have no issue charging my S21 ultra with a high speed charger. I've used Amazon Basics USB cables before in this format, and they last a pretty long time.

Great for Kindle & other needs
I purchased this cable for use with my Kindle specifically. I wanted something with length that would give me some mobility for reading while charging the device, as the 3 foot cable that comes with the Kindle is too short from the outlet where I read the most. You know when you’re in the midst of a good book & you can’t dare to part with it, leaving it sitting on a table to re-up? That’s why I was looking for a 10 foot cable with room to spare. This cord is very dense & “feels sturdy.” The plastic & casing are branded & the plug in itself provides a tight fight against my Kindle. It charges my Kindle from dead to full in about an hour, charging from a USB outlet via a surcharge. I’ve also found it to be useful to charge my Mophie case for my iPhone with no issue. I caught a Amazon Warehouse deal & got the cable for a significant discount, & the cable & packaging were perfect. I recommend this cable if you trust the Amazon Basics brand over other third-party brands, specifically. I’ve had it for a little over a month & have had no charging or connectivity issues.

Worked great!
I was kinda at my wit's end trying to solve my LG K51 phone charging issues. I couldn't find a new K51 manufacturers charger online. Decided to look on Amazon for the phone and then.. low and behold! Amazon suggested this one as an add-on for the phone..so I tried it. And I'm do thrilled I did. My phone is back to charging very! fast and performing like new even after having it five plus years!! I was so happy it worked as I was thinking I needed a new phone due to port damage. I love my LG K51 phone.. Thanks Amazon basics!

Works as expected with fast charging.
Charges just as fast as a Samsung or Anker cord. A bit stiff but considering the price it's well worth it.

durable, works
I've had the shorter version, now opting for the 180cm version to use in a seating position where a longer cable is necessary. It's robust and works well with a fast charger. I use it for phone charging mainly, besides powerbank.

It's a little stiff
Little bit stiff when coming out of the box however now i can lay in bed scrolling blissfully without having my phone die on me while enjoying tiktok.

Good quality for a cheap price and also fast charges
Well made cable does the job perfectly for use in the car on a single din stereo. With cabable plugs the cable is recognised as a fast charger cable by my phone. Something I like in particular is the cable doesn't hold a shape, if you stretch it out straight it stays that way so not like a cheap cable. Next day delivery and delivered in less than 18 hours since I hit order and cheaper than the £10 that the supermarkets were wanting for a shorter cable. Have to admit though the packaging is a bit OTT and could make this cheaper if is wasn't.
