Good for recovering otherwise lost space in your closet
We have in the past used standard plastic hangers, and although there is nothing wrong with them each one takes roughly 1/4 inch of closet space even if empty. By contrast these hangers are roughly 1/8 inch thick, so each one takes approximately 1/2 of the closet space of the old style hangers. That doesn't necessarily mean that you'll double your available closet hanging space, since some of the space is dependent upon the thickness of the clothing as well, but when hanging thinner items the space required with these is less, so you'll more than likely be able to fit more on the bar than with the thicker "old style" hangers. In addition these have nice features such as hooks for hanging things like blouses and dresses, a second spot for hanging things like belts or ties, ridged rubber to keep shirts, blouses, pants, etc. from sliding, and an open area near the top where collars can be slid over the hanger more easily and without having to stretch them. While we do keep some wood hangers for suits, tuxedo, heavier coats and such, these now hold 95% or more of our hanging clothing.

So clever
I want to not like these because so often the basics line just rips off other people's ideas and then undercuts them on price. However, I've never been happier with hangers before. The only thing I wouldn't put on them are sweaters or very heavy denims/coats, but all the little details make them so handy for ordinary clothes! The slot to avoid stretching necks, the accessories slot, the strap hooks that don't disfigure the shoulders on your shirts, the swivel hook. I've already bought two sets. I hope they are as durable as they seem

I LOVE AMAZON BASICS
I’m poor as heck and incredibly grateful for the Amazon Basics Brand. The design of these clothes hangers is particularly thoughtful. There’s a cutout on the hanger so that it doesn’t stretch your shirts out! It took me a while to figure out what that notch did, and it’s truly an awesome design. I love this brand. Thanks, Amazon!

Perfect space saving hangers

Thin so doesn’t take up too much room in closet.
I like how thin these are so I can fit more hangers in closet. But hooks easily break. And these hangers don’t fit well in hanger caddies for easy organization and that’s a bummer.

Sturdy For My Purposes
Very pleased with this purchase. Surprisingly sturdy in the vertical plane (up-down), while being quite flexible in the horizontal (side-to-side). The non-slip rubber elements work rather well. Excellent value for money.

Sturdy
Product was shipped relatively quickly. Product came in two boxes which was a relief because I was worried about them getting broken being shipped in their original packaging like most over night deliveries from Amazon. So I was very grateful for that. The hangers themselves comes in two bags (25ech) all in perfect condition. They are sturdy yet flexible and the rubber parts will ensure cloths stay on the hanger and don't slip off. Between my drying rack and closet I know all 50 will be used.
