The PERFECT bakeware built like a tank for a lifetime!

My wife and I wanted all-new bakeware. She bakes and cooks a lot so we wanted something that would stand the test of time. Let me tell you, these are extra-heavy-duty and will NOT warp. Hand washing is easy since we can't make anything stick them. Pros: Extra heavy-duty and will not warp Easy to hand wash and virtually nothing sticks to them Handles make getting out of the oven safer and more convenient Cooling racks are ideal for those baking cookies. Also makes PERFECT bacon and French fries These should last a lifetime. Cooking spray and metal utensils will damage the finish. You really don't need a cooking spray as nothing seems to stick to them. High temp silicone utensils are recommended and work great without damaging the finish. Cons: Heavier than we expected. Most pans require both hands (OvGlove oven mitts or equivalent recommended) You might need to purchase additional cooling racks and cookie sheets if you do a lot of baking during holidays. Otherwise you'll need wax paper for cookies straight out of the oven.

Well worth the money!

Since I’ve gotten this set, I’ve baked: chocolate chip cookies, banana nut bread, chocolate cookie bars, and muffins. I didn’t use any form of nonstick preparation (parchment paper, oil, butter, etc.) yet everything has popped right off the pans. Even heat distribution and no warping so far so fingers crossed! Feels professional grade and long lasting. 100% recommend this set. Only downside in my opinion… I wish it came with a 9x9 square dish instead of (2) 9x9 rounds. Still 10/10

Pleased with my purchase

One pan had a ding on arrival. By the time I noticed it was too late to return. Be careful; they scratch easy using metal utensils. (All metal utensils have been replaced with silicone. They bake and cook excellent.

The non stick coating bubbled up

I purchased this product a few months ago. It is very sturdy. However I used the baking sheet to bake a slab of ribs on it at 425 degrees. (I have used other product like this and never had a problem before). Some of the bbq sauce burnt on to the pan! Honestly the burnt part did wiped right off but underneath the nonstick coating bubbled up! I contacted customer service and they said it’s not manufacture to be used for ribs and sticky sauce. I’m assuming then you shouldn’t use sticky caramel or chocolate sauce as well! It is now unusable to me! I’m writing this review to warn people not to use any sticky sauce that could possibly burn onto the pan!

Heavier than most pots and pans

The non-stick portion is easy to clean, however it's more difficult on the outside. They are heavier than most and takes a little more time to heat. The pots and pans are sturdy and sit flat on the stove top, no warping.

LOVE them

I don't even need to wash these after use. I can just take a paper towel and wipe them off and they are perfect. They heat evenly, clean easily and feel like they will last a long time.

Best on the market

Almost all the cookware and bakeware in my kitchen is All-Clad. It truly is the best but expensive, so if you can get items at a good price, as I did, jump at the opportunity. You will not be disappointed.

Non-stick covering chips away almost immediately

The paint started flaking off very quickly, even though soft sponges were used to clean. We never used metal utensils on it either. Wouldn't recommend this set - it becomes unusable extremely fast.
