Fun for adults, big kids and little kids- We pull with pontoon.
First, the 4 stars instead of 5 are because this thing is large and heavy, even when deflated. It is extra heavy when wet. Not sure there is anything the manufacturer can do about it. Also 4 out of 5 stars because you have to purchase a high volume inflator/deflator. If inflating in the boat, you'll probably need an inverter to power your a.c. inflator/deflator pump. We have used this on just one outing so hardly a complete review for durability. Pro's: -It hauls 3 people -It is not hard to hold onto and have fun. -It is as daring and exciting as the driver of the boat pulling you. Meaning that if you and your grandchild get on it and the driver of the boat takes it easy, you won't be ejected (which I realize is part of the fun for the younger crowd!). -It is a "general audiences" toy. All age groups (except for infants-duh). -It can be a "sit on it" toy or a "kneel on it" toy. (two tow points) Con's: -it's big and heavy deflated. when wet, it's really heavy. -depending on how much you ride this and whether you sit on it or kneel on it, pants / gloves may be advisable as heavy use would rub you raw IMHO. -apparently the older model, 2011 and before, have leaky bladder problems, a low non-supportive back, etc. The 2012 model we have has a nice full inflated back rest. -lugging this thing around can be a pain in the backside if you have a fancy ski boat full of folks and no big storage area. Some folks pull it back to shore when done with it. We have a pontoon boat so we deflated it and stored it under one of our large under seat compartments. -You must have a high air volume air inflation device! We used one from an air mattress we already owned. It has a two-way selector to inflate and deflate. We purchased an inexpensive inverter to plug the inflator into as our boat has a 12volt DC power receptacle like automobiles. -you must buy a separate tow rope to pull it. We purchased one from a marine store that had a pre-made loop in the end which you then place it through the rubber tow hole located on the raft and loop it over the side flanges. -If you want to do daring stunts on this thing, you need a boat with a strong motor. Our Pontoon has a large motor so it is no problem but if you have a boat with a weaker motor, you won't be able to make the ride very 'daring' for the younger crowd. Popular toy? Oh yes. Seems it's more popular than folks who ski. I can definitely understand that since anyone can ride on it, grandparents included.

Fun towable, not great when set up "backwards"
Really like this towable. Great size to tow multiple people/kids and it is really stable raft so little kids won't get tossed. When we tried to tow it "backwards" as described per manufacturerer, it didn't work. it was weighed down and had way too much drag. Inflation is only ok- would be easier with the standard Boston type nozzles to inflate like other towables. Overall, though, a good product.

Tons of fun but be prepared to spend a fortune on gas
Super Mable is Super Awesome! My kids (9 & 12) are not the adventurous type. We had tried tubing once with an old Obrien donut tube and they hated it. But recently we had seen other folks out there with this tube, and all their kids were laughing, screaming & having fun. Most importantly, despite the fact that they were whipping around pretty good, nobody was getting dumped. Soooo, we decided to take a chance. We decided to go with the 3 person, figuring it could be used with 1,2, or 3 kids. This way, if they have a friend along, everyone can pile in there at once in one trip. So with a big gulp we spent the money on this thing. Figured if they didn't like it, I could try to sell it on Craigslist. The thing is HUGE. We are fortunate enough to have a cottage on the water, and so we just plop it in the water and tow right from the dock. Otherwise, there is no way we could transport it in/on the boat...it would have to be towed along the whole day. (we have an 18' jet boat). The bottom part and the backrest part are inflated separately, so we just deflate the backrest for storage. (it took a really long time to inflate with a portable compressor) We also got the super-heavy-duty 4-person tow rope, and thank goodness. The thing weighs a ton, especially when wet. The kids LOVE it, and so do their friends. The 9-year-old has to re-grip often, because the handles are really big for her little hands. They also wear goggles for the spray. So far, nobody has fallen off, and there have been some big wake waves. We are pretty conservative with the speed, and they have a great time. I suppose if you really tried you could dump someone. According to the kids, the best thing about it is that it's fun without the fear of falling off. And they can all go together at the same time, which is more fun than going alone, and no arguments about whose turn it is, someone's turn was longer, etc. Thought the price was high, but turns out the real cost is in gas, because now they want to tube tube tube all day! As far as the durability, that remains to be seen. Hopefully it last a long time. So far though, it was worth the investment, and everyone is glad we got it.

2017 owner and still going. Like New
I have used this for 6 years and no issues. I let it dry after using it then fold & store inside the garage. Nothing lasts in the sun. Quality stitching, stored in northern Canada. -35 to -40 C and the tube is fine when I grab it in the summer. Just look after this thing and it will last a long time. Great product.

Not as lasting as it should be for this price tag
I bought this last year and because of living in canada our water sports months are quite short. Only used it 10 times last year and 3 times in 2022 and it leaked right on the plastic joint. Tried everything to repair it but leak wont stop. Now for the price we pay on this towable i would expect it to last atleast complete seasons. Mind you it didnt hit any sharp objects the leak originated at the joint of the two plastic surfaces that means the material actually gave up. Very dissapointing.

DEFECTIVE - Brand new with a hole in it.
I got this to the dock (see picture) and went to blow it up. It already had a hole in it. AWFUL. Do not buy this. I can't reach anyone for a replacement or return as I am 'past the date of return'. RIDICULOUS. So if you buy this even if you aren't using it for a while blow it up. Make sure it doesn't have a hole. But if it comes like this brand new how reliable is this? DON'T .

Water in bladder after 1 use, can’t return because a month has gone by.
Used once and bladder has water in it,of course they only have a month to send back and we past that date before we could get together with grandkids and use it because of Covid. Amazon can you help me ?

Poor quality, very disappointed.
We bought the tube in 2021 but never used it because our new boat never came in due to Covid. We used it for the first time this summer and it popped after 4 rides. Very disappointed.
