This tube made the adults want a ride!

We love this tube! My two children, 4 and 7, love to tube but do not want to be dumped. This tube allows them to ride together, and to feel secure that they will not tip. The inflatable bottom is wonderful, as waves hurt their bums and legs when they are sitting in a regular round tube. My 60 year-old mother who is not a strong swimmer even gave it a try! We had adults tubing last weekend that had not tubed in years. This tube makes for a much less physically demanding and more comfortable and enjoyable ride. My only suggestion would be that there be a second set of handles closer to the backrest, as my 4 year-old cannot sit all the way back and still reach the handles. That said, it was not an issue for him; he just scooted himself forward to where he could reach the handles and was comfortable riding like that. I'm very happy with this purchase, especially since I feel it was very reasonable priced.

Teenagers Liked The Ride

We used this for teenage kids ranging from 13-18 yrs old. We pulled this along side another tube between 25-35 mph and the kids loved it. They had even gotten some air hitting the wakes. There is a blow up cushion that the riders sit on and so far the kids love it. We used it 2 days in a row and did not have any issues with air leakage as read in other reviews. We had riders that were at least 40 pounds different in weight and still had no issues with the tube and how it handled. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because I feel that it is not as aerodynamic as some of the other tubes in the market but it is an all around decent tube.

Fun for everyone

Purchsed a Viper-2 in the summer of 2013 and so far so good. I did not overinflate for the first day, then inflated to the max and did not lose air after a week of use. Used for riders aged between 7 and 45 and good for all. Even used for riders with over 100lb weight difference on either side and did not notice any stability issues. Ran the tube at speeds between 15MPH and 25MPH and was very stable at all speeds, even in chop. We did get 3-4 fet of air at times, but landing was stable - there is a 3" air cushion seat for each passenger which helped. We did flip it a few times, but it was purposeful. Connection seems very sturdy and seams show no signs of wear after about 15-20 hours of use. Overall this is a great item, the only caution I have is that it is relatively heavy - 30# seems about right and takes up a LOT of space if you decide to stow it in your boat for any period of time.

Happy so far.

Used this tube with kids and adults alike with no issues at this point (a couple months) and we don't go easy.

Worked as advertised, fun for two with minor shortcomings.

The lack of a quick-connect fitting for the tow rope was a surprise and seems like an unnecessary bit of economy on something costing this much. The flaps designed to let water out are quite tight and water drains very slowly. Otherwise, it performed as expected and was quite satisfactory.

Happy Customer

Excellent choice for tubing. Have 2 kids (girls), 8 and 11. Tube is very comfortable and safe, allows the 'risk averse' kids to still enjoy tubing. They sit comfortably and can go very fast, get the 'thrill' and still feel 'safe'. As a new boater I struggled with what to get and this was absolutely the right product. Seems durable, our boat is small so we blow up and deflate whenever using and that is quick and easy with an electric Colmen device bought at Walmart... Very difficult for the kids to fall out but it can/does happen (only when outside the wake)...so if you are looking for a tube that always results in the ride ending with the kids getting tossed, this wouldn't be a good choice.

Bought this towable because of price and the availability of replacement air bladders. Lucky thing, because the main air bladder developed a nonrepairable leak on a seam after about four outings. Amazon came thru, however, and replaced the whole towable for free. With Amazon Prime, we were only out of action two days. Other than the leak, our riders were happy with the tube. Two caveats...it does not come with a quick connect and is somewhat smaller than other two-seat towables we have owned. The size is fine for younger children but taller teenagers may find it cramped.

No lo recomiendo

No tiene el jalón de metal practico que tienen casi todos los inflables por lo que es difícil amarrarlo y desamárralo. Además el sistema para inflado es muy básico y se hinchan saliendo como senos que son muy molestos, no como senos normales
