It's okay....
I originally purchased this product for my baby powder. I liked the fact that it had a plastic lid. I make by baby powder out of Arrowroot and it has the same consistency as powdered sugar. When you shake it, a lot comes out at once, at least in my opinion. I've gotten to where I only shake the bottom half to help with the amount coming out. Along with the with copious amount of whatever you're shaking, my complaints are that the plastic lid, though it is nice to have, does not hold anything in the can. Also, the plastic lid can be a pain to take off because the metal mesh lid invariably comes off with it. The mesh does have a turn and "lock" style but it hardly ever stays on, even in the locked position. If purchasing again, I would look for another product.

small shaker
The shaker actually works o.k. I use it for powdered sugar and it shakes good. I was surprised on delivery because I thought it would be 3 different shakers for the amount I paid. (How foolish...even though the picture shows all three.} In spite of the picture, I actually like the shaker, it is small, but that's what I wanted. It should last a long time, if the plastic cover doesn't break, that's the weak point.

Fit the bill for what I was seeking
I just wanted a shaker for powdered sugar, and this one works great. I found cheaper ones, but they either had holes too large or no lid. This one has a lid and a nice mesh top. The top is put on by aligning two grooves in the metal, pushing down, then turning...works fine for me, but just noting that in case anyone is expecting a smoother screw-on type.

small but nice
I would have given this 5 stars for quality but saying that this is for cinnamon sugar is not even worth getting. I wanted it for powdered sugar and it is so small I would be filling it every few minutes for my baking. I would say it holds maybe a half cup if that and for regular sugar to come through the top there is no way. It is very fine. If you don't mind really small then that is fine go ahead and get it.

Perfect small shaker for those finely ground spices!
Beautifully constructed, just take note that the listing is only for one shaker. The shaker itself feels solid and comes with a handy plastic lid for covering it when not in use. I did not experience any fit issues that another reviewer called out. This is just the perfect size for our roasted and finely-roasted habanero powder. We leave it on the dinner table with our olive oil and balsamic vinegar because it's such a nice design.

It’s so handy on the kitchen!
I really like that the top has a lock inset to keep the top securely on whilst your shaking flour - I use it l the time for making breads, pies, cakes, muffins in baking and scalloped potatoes when I’m layering.

Sifts as you shake
Makes it easy to shake icing sugar on cakes, or whatever you want to sprinkle evenly. Sifts as you shake so you get a smooth even distribution.

The cap arrived broken on one side which was a shame. The actual shaker is quite good.
