Leaks air when used with Lyzene pumps
Good quality but, not 100% compatible with lezyne pumps that screw onto threads. It screws on but, leaks air to the point of not functioning. The workaround is to put some silicone tape on the thing so that there’s something to seal on. I blame Lezyne, not topeak.

Only works with certain presta valves
When it works it is ok, but it only seems to work smoothly for certain valves. For others it is a faf to screw on to the valve and then it either closes the valve, or leaks air while you add pressure. ..

It works but not without issues
The good: 1. It holds pressure when installed without the pump head connected - it has a check valve. That makes removing the adapter easier and maintains targeted pressure. The no-so-good. 1. Slick knurled connector slips between fingers when turning to install or take off - it needs to have a rougher texture on it/ 2. The adapter does not always go on to the Presta valve straight. 3. The connection to the pumphead is poorly designed - it needs either to be designed like a traditional Presta valve with a thicker section below the narrow or needs a Schrader connector. A Schrader connector can be added but that is extra. 4. The check valve adds back pressure when filling with a pump so it takes longer to fill the tube. It is more difficult to use with a portable pump.

Excellent adapter for disk wheels
Best adapter I ever had when it comes to inflating my disk wheel with very limited access. It can be a bit finnicky with small pumps, or CO2 cartridges.

Good product but had to improvise
This product does work as advertised. However, I was hoping to find threaded fitting here in the US to go onto the air inlet side on the stem. Instead, I took some tubing, Polytube (Polyurethane) 1/4" outside diameter and 5/32 (.156) Inside, left it in the sun for a bit, then slid it over the stem. With another 1/4" tube to 1/8" npt fitting this worked great, now I can use it with my air compressor.

Definite learning curve to be able to use effectively
Mixed bag. Really nice how it screws on so you don't need someone else to help with a finger to hold it on while you pump. But the flip side is that it's difficult to get properly screwed on the first time so it doesn't leak as you start getting up to pressure. Also can be tricky to get off without losing pressure. Definitely not the adapter you want to use when you're in a hurry and requires some practice to figure out.

My first experience was not a pleasant one. I was able to get it latched to my presta with the full disc on the back but could not get any inflation through to the tire. I messed around with it for almost 10 minutes before giving up, taking it off and having my buddy just hold the pump valve for me. It's worked for others, I'm chalking this up to user error and rating 3 out of 5 for now. I'll keep messing with it and update my review accordingly.

Works perfectly just need better instructions.
The media could not be loaded. I was going crazy trying to inflate my Jet 90 HED disc with this adaptor. However, I figured out and works perfectly. 1. Make sure the presta Valve core is unscrew all the way. Actually, I tight it up a lit bit so whenever I was unscrewing the adaptor the air wasn’t escaping. 2. Make sure the presta valve core goes into the adaptor until you can carefully screw it in. 3. Put the pump on the other side of the adaptor, secure and inflate. 4. When desire air pressure is in, carefully remove the pump from the adaptor. And carefully start unscrewing the adaptor from the valve. Since the core was a lit bit tighten in the air shouldn’t escape. Hopefully, you understood my instructions. Vendor should develop a visual instructions so everyone can successfully use this adaptor. I love that I don’t need another person. Make sure you try this process many times before going to a race.

Fatally flawed
Screw on mechanism simply doesn't work ..... in 9/10 cased either a) crewing on is likely to unscrew a tubeless valve at the rim, or b) unscrewing takes the valve core with it. Do not take out on the road .... you'll be left at the side of the road with no co2 canisters . i wish I could rate this zero.

Not impressed
Not impressed. Bought it for use with a disc wheel and couldn't get it to be fair tight or connect properly to the pump. Returned and bought alternative which works much better.

Perfetta ! Ed unica !
Ho cercato parecchie soluzioni per poter gonfiare agevolmente la mia ruota lenticolare utilizzata nelle gare contro il tempo. Tutte inutilizzabili o non perfette come desideravo. Questa è perfetta ! Premessa: occorre avere una pompa con un connettore che si avviti, se usualmentequesto si avvitava sulla valvola della camera, allora, va benissimo. Occorre avvitare, appunto, un'estremita della valvola all'estremita della pompa, (nel mio caso una Lezyne Floor), dopodiche avvitare l'altra estremità alla valvola del tubolare / copertonicono (nel mio caso, sulla lenticolare, tubiolare). A questo punto il gonfiaggio avviene in modo preciso e semplice ! Si sa, con le lenticolari, lo spazio per poter avvitare, e quindi gonfiare, il tubolare è ridotto vista il piccolo spazio, con questo adattatore risolverete il problema. Prezzo ottimo, qualità ineccepibile. Perfetto !
