Absorbant but tabs tear easily
These are absorbent but if you pull the tabs too hard they will tear off easily. I keep a roll of tape for when this happens. I had read other reviews stating the same, but thought I would give a fair chance and ordered one and two sizes up to see if the larger size would help not to have to pull as hard. The one size larger maybe helped a little. The other thing is that if you loosen and then try to refasten, they don't hold as well. There again tape to the rescue, these products are too expensive to waste and depending on the wearer, could be considerable effort to change again to risk the same. In other words if youve been through this you understand, if you haven't don't condemn please. Conclusion: I will probably purchase again, but will continue looking for something with better fastening ability.

SUPERIOR QUALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS
Do you take care of someone who wears adult dryness products? If you do, you should try this product. The level of dryness and quality of this brand is highly superior to others I’ve bought. Pricey but worth it. Staying dry and no leakage will save you so much work in the long run. I got lucky in trying this brand. The thickness is great and the overall generous fit is highly desirable. The coverage provided gives peace of mind. I highly recommend this item.

Worth The Money
Ordered these for my bedridden mother. They are awesome for over night protection. No leaks whatsoever. There is no problem with the tape that holds the diaper together. Will continue to order them until no longer need them.

good value; holds a lot of liquid
This Medline Overnight brief is a better value than the one that we use during the day, the Medline Restore brief. It holds a lot of liquid, and lasts well over 10 hours for my wife. This Overnight brief is a little bulky, but not noticeably so for her at night, and doesn't interfere with her sleep. The Restore brief is noticeably less bulky, and is her preference during the day. But the Restore brief does not hold anywhere as much liquid as the Overnight brief does. Better quality than the ones that I tried on an emergency basis at the local stores.

Quality changed recently
These overnight diapers have been our staple for a few years. I noticed a change in quality with my most recent order. They seem stiffer and the closure tabs are less sturdy. They also seem smaller in the padded area. I will order a size larger next time to experiment before searching for another brand.

Great diapers, but be careful about subscribing
These are wonderful for use with my father who is bedbound, recovering from his second broken hip and suffering from Parkinson's disease and dementia. They are very absorbent and the Medium fits my father well. They are easier to remove and put on than the Depends disposable briefs my Father was using prior to becoming bedbound. They are susceptible to tearing easily when positioning, so use care when changing, so handle with care. Also, sometimes the tape fastenings fail to separate from the tape backing properly, but that is easily removed/fixed if you are aware of the issue. I do not, however, recommend using the Amazon subscription for this product. I bought a case of the Medline Extended Wear Overnight Adult Briefs with Tabs, Maximum Absorbency Adult Diapers, Medium (60 Count) on March 2, 2022 for $65.80, not including S&H. Today, I checked the subscription, before I could be charged at the end of the month and the price has been hiked up to $140.99. This is more than double the price I paid at the beginning of this March. I suspect the seller has changed, and imo, this is obvious price gouging. I was able to resolve this completely unreasonable price hike/gouging by buying by bag instead of case. So please, be cautious if you should choose to subscribe using Amazon's seller subscription services for this product.

Very comfortable and a great value.
These are my new go-to diapers. They are very soft, very comfortable, and not too bad for absorbency. They don't hold as much as an Abena M4 for example, but they do a better job of hiding the smell of urine, and keep my skin much drier. They do bulk up a fair amount if wet. But they are much more discreet both dry and wet when compared to an Abena M4. They are very quiet too, and don't feel damp on the outside if they are wet. I don't need the world to know that my bladder leaks, and these are a nice balance of absorbency and discretion.

Good absorbency but need improvement
This diaper has a good absorbency and is comfortable in the sense that its soft and breathable. However, the tapes are very fragile if you pull hard on them, they will rip. Also, the fit is very loose, a waistband elastic in the front would be a great improvement. I always wear them with underwear on top as this is the only way I found not to have the diaper become loose at night. Make this diaper plain white by removing all the purple marking on them and improve the fit (take some inspiration from the Seni Super plus) and it will become a 5 star.

Best quality but very expensive.
No question this is the best quality for overnight use but the price could be more competitive. For example, WalMart Great value is very close to this quality at 1/2 the cost but they always seem to be out of stock.

Works great
If you want to know I am 26 and bought them to give them a test for people who want to buy them but not shore I can say that I held in my pee for as long as I could after drinking 2L of water if I had to guess how much pee came out i would say around 750-1000ml it held it with out leaking well siting. If you need them for over night use they will work great or for long car rides
