Pleasing to look at & feeling great in your hand
I love the look of these glasses’ simple clean lines. It has a lipless rim which is what I look for in a glass for the lip and mouth feel of it. I also really love tfe way it fits in my hand. It’s a little slimmer than a regular drinking glass but not as skinny as a collins. it makes drinking water in it feel just a little fancy.

Classy, heavy, the perfect size and an excellent value
I had been searching for some classic tumblers to use with our good whiskey/bourbon/etc. Relaxing into the couch after a long day at work with three fingers of JW Blue is a nice way to wind down, but doing so while using the glasses I used in college just felt ridiculous at this point in my life. So thus began the great tumbler hunt of 2012. I searched high. I searched low. I searched in my price range and I searched out of it. One thing was certain - I was not going to settle. I don't think my desires were too crazy, but it was ridiculously hard to find what I was looking for. Mainly - a nice heavy glass, just the right size, clear, and no corners. Oddly, it took *forever* to find glasses that had everything I was looking for. But I'm not here to complain about that. My tumbler hunt may have taken me into 2013, but I'm here to tell you that I did find them! They are the Old Fashioned (9.8 oz) size of these Schott Zwiesel Tritan Crystal glasses. These glasses are perfect. Just the right weight, just the right size, and at an incredible value. I really can't believe how inexpensive these are for the quality. Here's a rundown on the pros if you want to skip my babbling on about some freaking glasses: - Heavy. How a glass should feel in your hand while you're sipping on some excellent bourbon. - Just the right size. The "Old Fashioned" size is perfect for what I use these for. At this point I've used them for sipping liquor neat, on the rocks, and actually in an Old Fashioned. They'll also be used for gimlets and gin and tonics in the future. - Smooth sipping. I hate drinking liquor out of glasses with corners. The ice gets caught...it's annoying. It's not a problem with these. - Classy (and classic) look. - Dishwasher safe. So, if you're looking for the same qualities in a tumbler that I was, no need to look further!

very well sized and beautiful rocks/whiskey glass
I purchased these after breaking most of my other whiskey glasses. I wanted a glass that is heavy enough to feel good in your hand, but not so large as to be uncomfortable. I have a few different crystal glasses, and knew what I did and didn't like in a glass.. These glasses are really nice! they hold pretty much spot-on 12oz, which is a perfect size glass if you want to put in a few ounces of whiskey and possibly a couple of ice cubes (or a big ice sphere!) the glass is bottom heavy, which is nice. The rim is thin without being too thin, and has a pleasant roundedness to it, which doesn't feel sharp on your lips. I dishwasher most of my glasses, and after 6 weeks of washing these, I have not had any chips or breaks. the glass is perfectly crystal clear, as a good glass should be, and had just a tad of a concave bottom to them (which is great if you have several glasses in the cupboard, as you can feel the bottoms of them quickly to identify these out of a mess of other glasses.) I have held lots of whiskey glasses in my hand, and these are probably among the nicest feeling to me. although completely subjective, I would rate these glasses as being approx. 15% smaller than the average whiskey glass in this same category. They are roughly 1/4" shorter and 1/4" narrower than two other sets I own. Not at all a bad thing, but if you mix drinks, these might just lean towards the smaller end of the spectrum. I had a set of Riedel Whiskey/old fashion that was sold at Target for 4/$40, these are identical in quality, but a bit smaller.

Tritan that isn't plastic
Don't get me wrong, these are beautiful glasses. But I was of the impression that Tritan meant it was plastic. I was looking for whiskey glasses to take on vacation that were safe to use at the pool. I was surprised to find out that they were actually made of glass. It does say that in the description but again, I thought Tritan is a high quality plastic that looks like glass. I wonder how many people return these because of the confusion caused by that word in the name of this product. So, you've been warned, these are glass and not plastic.

Not a highball glass
These are terrific glasses -- excellent quality, fine glass, and a nicely weighted bottom. But if you are looking for a real highball glass for barware, this is not it. Look carefully at the height and width of the glass, along with the more obvious (because it's in the heading) volume. This is a narrow, 8 ounce glass. Highball glasses should be 10 to 12 ounces and wider than these. This is something like a short collins glass. As you can see by selecting the different option above, Schott Zwiesel does make a genuine collins glass in the Paris line, which is taller and holds 11 ounces -- perfect for a Tom Collins. Unfortunately, it doesn't make a real highball glass. UPDATE: Actually, I discovered that Schott Zwiesel does make a highball glass, and bought a set. It's just not called a highball glass and is in a different line:Schott Zwiesel Basic Bar Selection by Charles Schumann Tritan Crystal Allround Glass, 11.3-Ounce, Set of 6 . The sides taper down ever so slightly, so it doesn't completely match the straight up and down sides of the glasses in the Paris line; but it's nevertheless a terrific highball glass.

Great quality.
These glasses were exactly what was advertised. The crystal is beautiful, the design sleek and the size is perfect for a single shot of tequila. They were well packed and arrived without any issues.

Beware, very thin glass, easily broken!
Review is for the Collins/Long Drink 11.1-Ounce, Set of 6 Pros: Nice thick and heavy base, size is perfect Cons: Expensive, walls of glass are EXTREMELY thin, very easily broken. I've had these glasses for less than 2 months, and 2 of them are already broken. I cannot recommend these glasses, unless you are unbelievably careful with handling them. For being relatively expensive, I want to warn anyone who might consider buying these - the description states that the "Tritan crystal glass" "resists breakage, chipping" - I have to disagree with that.
