Good product, good value
I’ve been eyeing this item for a while, but couldn’t rationalize replacing my current hanging shower caddy until it broke. As soon as it did, I ordered two of these! I share one bathroom with my two teenagers, so you can imagine the stacks of products lining every corner of the tub edges. We were pretty desperate for some tidying up. I read lots of reviews and felt prepared for possible assembly challenges, but it was super easy in the end. You truly just have to read and follow the directions, in order. Having purchased two, I fumbled around a bit with the first one but, once I had it together and installed, I had the second one assembled and in the shower in mere moments. As others have mentioned, tips: 1) Measure first so you know which poles you need for your height range; 2) Don’t take the poles out of their plastic packaging until you need them during assembly, as the packaging notes the coordinating letter for each pole and you don’t want to get them confused; 3) Don’t stress about basket placement—they can easily be moved around once you have the caddy in place; and 4) Apply the seam tape after it’s installed, just in case you have to swap anything around. I agree that the setup feels a bit flimsy. The poles have some give and the baskets aren’t really set in place (which is actually a feature, so you can move them around as needed). But it’s definitely staying put and handling the weight of our bigger pump-top bottles with no trouble. Looking forward to many years with these caddies!

Take Time Installing
Don't go opening bags before you're ready to use the pieces, the bags are labeled for the pole pieces. I'd you take your time & read the instructions, it's not all that bad to put together. Granted, the 1st attempt of attaching 2 shelves went wrong but I didn't know till further on. No biggie, easy fix. Stability- It's ok. I have a heavy pump bottle on 2 of the shelves & it's shaky when used but it's not going anywhere. I prefer not using these corner tension stands but in this case, it's the best solution.

Love all the storage but need a few extra hands to assemble!
Now that this caddy has been fully assembled and sitting in my shower i have to admit that i love all of the additional storage it provides. No longer have to deal with containers all around the shower and the potential of one of those bottles falling on my foot. I gave the caddy a 4 star rating because even though i'm pretty handy, it was a struggle assembling and putting in place. I wasn't difficult, it was simply challenging keeping simultaneously keeping all the tubes assembled while at the same time trying to set it in the corner of my shower. Feels like this was a 2 person assembly job. Lastly, while the shelves have not yet failed me, they feel a bit flimsy so I am extra careful not to bump into it and not to put too much weight on any of the shelves.

Third Time Buyer - Still satisfied!
This is the third one for my third bathroom. I've left a previous review for my second purchase (see below) and the only update is that this time the measurement table actually worked for my space. I understand all the complaints about the wedges, they aren't the greatest but I found that if you twist and pull the rod while applying opposite pressure on the basket, the wedge does eventually get snug in there to hold the basket in place. They also changed the plastic used for the tension washer to a more inflexible/brittle plastic so it was a real struggle to get it to lock into place on rod B (where the spring/spacers are). I heated it up with my hairdryer to get it to soften, then banged it a few times with a hammer to get it to click into place while it was still soft. Still overall a solid product and had it installed in under 15 minutes with the majority of the time making sure I measured the rod and placements of the baskets correctly before locking everything in with the seam tape and tension washer. Contrary to what the instructions say, if you measure the rod against your space and get that right BEFORE adding any baskets or sealing any seams with tape, or adding the tension washer, you will save yourself the unnecessary frustration of dealing with uncooperative baskets swinging all over the place while still trying to assemble the rod. Once you know the right order of rods and spacers you need, you can mark on the rod where you want your baskets to go, take apart the rod, add the baskets at your marks then assemble again, tape the seams, add the tension washer and pop it into place *Original Review below* It is exactly what I was looking for: a tension rod shower caddy. It is pretty straightforward to assemble, but as others have said, the table in the instructions that give you the assembly order to fit the space you need is wrong. It took a little bit of trial and error to find the right combination of poles and spacers to fit my space, but it really wasn't that big of a deal. It does require a little bit of foresight and attention to detail to understand why things need to be assembled in a certain order but, everything worked and I use it now to hold the costco size bottles of shampoo and conditioner and it works just fine. Quick tip #1: Before you assemble the last step of the plastic tension washer with the actual tension rod which locks everything into place, test the rod where you want it to make sure it fits. Once you are happy with the fit, then place the baskets where you want them on the pole, add the seam tape and finally insert the black plastic washer to lock in the tension rod. Once that black washer is inserted over the pole, you will not be able to remove the baskets without breaking or damaging something so it should be the last thing you do before putting it where you want it. Quick tip #2: Note that the clear plastic washers that hold the baskets are wedge-shaped so make sure you put them skinny side up so the baskets slide onto the wedges. If you are unable to slide the baskets onto them, it probably means that the washers are upside down. There's another review with pictures of them not able to slide the baskets on and you can see they have the washers upside down.

It's a great product was easy to assemble
It's a great product it's easier just to follow the pictures instead of the instructions went together easily and customer service is A1 if you run into any problems looks great love it would definitely recommend

Simple, sturdy, looks good
Easy to put together. The spring is strong, so it takes a little strength to squeeze the bar enough to install--but it ensures sturdy support. Clean look. I love that it includes removable hooks for razors, as well as the lower hooks and lower bar for face towels.

Not worth the money.
This shower caddy was terrible to set up, not easy like everyone said, when I did end up putting it up, it stayed up for about a week and then fell onto my daughter while she was taking a shower. Also it already rusty and does not look good anymore.

Instructions are confusing
Looks nice. Product is functional in that the shelves can be arranged according to the height of your products that you are storing. When assembled, product seems somewhat flimsy. More tension would help to elevate this. The instructions are vague at best. You can eventually figure it out but clearer instructions would elevate assembly/ reassembly issues.

Works perfectly!
Really pleased with this pole-style shower caddy! I have limited space in my bathtub and lots of products and accessories that I prefer to keep in the shower for easy access. I was wary of buying suction cup shelve because they're notorious for falling down under any weight and I like having everything in one central area. I also didn't want to spend over $100 on a caddy for my shower. The style that I bought is the "4-shelves chrome" style. I like having the added security of the little metal chrome bars that keep smaller bottles from tipping over and falling off. I put this together in about 15 minutes (there are very good instructions included with the package that give you options for different heights, so be sure to read the instructions BEFORE you start putting it together to make sure you've got the right setup for your shower size!). Really pleased with how it looks and how it's functioning! I have a long back brush that now has a dedicated hanging area and more room for other items that need to hang. I did end up removing the bottom tray because it's more than I need right now, but the trays themselves come off really easily and can be moved along the pole without difficulty. Definitely recommend this shower caddy, I'll update in a few months if any rust or wear starts to appear!
