Rugged GLAM-Pack...A Little Form Over Function Never Hurt Anybody.
It's a big pack. Given it's outer dimensions, seems like it should hold more than it actually does. Reason: All the extra bling and doo-dads & stuff. The fancy hardware, goggles holder/bonnet, and pressure molded back panel greatly diminish the amount of usable interior space. Also, most other packs are replete with an assortment of various compartments. Oakley's design favors a large, cavernous bag with a minimal number of satellite storage spaces. The Kitchen Sink is more of a weekender/tool bag - very durable with large, defined storage spaces. Unlike a PC backpack, the Kitchen Sink does not have layers of zippered and mesh compartments, ports for device wires, more than two pen holders, water bottle or key-ring holders, or ANY kind of quick access space. Moving from a pc bag to this might leave you underwhelmed. That being said: It's still a GREAT bag! It's still a big bag too. Although slightly less than you'd think, it still has a huge storage capacity. The space-hogging, back panel and interior padding give my 15" laptop absolute protection. Materials and manufacture are first rate. Zippers, pulls, rings and other hardware appear to be quite durable and well-secured. Zippered floor panel and interior storage liner keep shoes separate from main compartment. (I do miss the floor vents and zipper-pull snap from the previous model) This bag is extremely comfortable with or without the padded waist strap. It is very well balanced when worn over both shoulders or just one. It's a great looking bag. The unique design is very compelling. I went with the stealth black over the flash of the chrome. If you just want a gym bag, go with the Bathroom Sink. If you want college student / pc bag, this ins't it. If you need a weekend bag or a tool pack that also safely stores a laptop, the Kitchen Sink will delight you.

The Perfect Size
The size is exactly what I wanted. I have the kitchen sink and it was so big I over packed and it was heavy. I also have smaller Laptop now 15 inch fits perfect in this new pack

Nice build but not what it used to be.
Oakley has a reputation for innovation and quality. This pack still has some of that quality but not really the innovation. The first thing that struck me was the lack of "kitchen sink" carrying capacity. It really can't carry a laptop, some edc and a jacket without a lot of pushing. The tactical but not tactical is also a half effort. It kinda looks like a regular bag but with the hardware screams the opposite. With so many options on the market for tactical, concealed and just regular bags, this is none of them. Add that the price and you really have to want this bag to make it worth the purchase. There are so many options that do what this one used to better, and cheaper.

Not enough organization pockets inside, but a quality backpack nonetheless.
This backpack is a decent size, with large, wide opening side pockets, and a small divided front pocket with pen/pencil sleeves. I will be returning this backpack for a few reasons - the first and foremost being the lack of interior pockets. There is a divider in the main pocket for the laptop sleeve, and a zipper on the outside left (as worn) pocket to access the laptop pocket without going through the top. The divider has no pockets on it front or back. The interior of the main compartment is a very plain, simply designed, partitioned bucket basically. I had wished or hoped there would be something in there for organizing that I missed in these very limited pictures in the items description. My second issue - when the main compartment is full (or even halfway full) the smaller front pocket becomes nearly inaccessible, any items at the bottom of the pocket has to be wedged in/out. It looks like a roomy pocket when the backpack is empty but as soon as you put things in it, it shrinks. My third issue is the “tech/sunglasses” pocket on the lid of the backpack. It’s too small/tight to fit most of my sunglasses? So it’s intended use is, well… useless, unless I just put my AirPods in there. So that’s it. It is a sturdy, rugged feeling backpack that would no doubt get a lot of miles to whomever uses it. However, it’s an over-designed, under-utilized 3 pocket bag with not a lot to write home about for day to day functionality. Oakleys 2000s era panel pack that this backpack was designed to replaced was 10x better designed on the interior.

Comfort, Design, Name, Price, Quality, Size, & Style
Comfort: 5 stars The padded shoulder straps and the back support that looks like Batman’s six-pack make wearing the backpack very comfortable. Design: 3 stars Oakley made it a little inconvenient to open up and access your items in the main and bottom center compartments. The advantage to this would be intimidating pickpockets from stealing your things while you have the pack on your back. Beware that the 2-way zipper visible on many online images is not on the newer models. Name: 1 star Oakley could have come up with a better name for the bag. At least “Bathroom Sink” is better than “Bathroom Toilet,” even though the top flap kind of resembles one and you end up putting all your crap in it. Price: 4 stars MSRP is $175, but the backpack is available from plenty of Amazon sellers for much less. Even the larger Kitchen Sink sells for less than $175 on Amazon. Quality: 5 stars The material (cables, lining, metal, Velcro straps, zippers, etc.) is durable and heavy-duty. However, carrying or hanging a loaded pack from the thin top handle may risk tear and damage. Size: 5 stars 23L is on the smaller side, but just enough for the essential, everyday gear. For someone of average height/weight, the bag to person size ratio looks well-balanced. Style: 5 stars Seems like a backpack that Batman would gear up with. It looks very sporty and military or ninja-like. Even the inside lining is black. Do not be deceived by the name of the color “Stealth Black”—although it appears very covert, the sounds from the metal parts, Velcro, and zippers could reveal your location to your enemy.

When the kitchen sink it too big…
This is what you would consider an average size backpack. Kitchen sink was too big for my needs and glad they offer this one. Well made and surprisingly light.

Love it!
I spent a lot of time shopping around, and this is the best small-mid sized pack out there. Looks awesome and super functional. Only stupid thing is there is nowhere for a water bottle. Perfect though for all my tech gear when going to and from work, or the basics if I'm heading to the gym. Love it!
