Love this bag so much but zipper is damaged

This bag is the best diaper bag ever!! Fits everything I need, pockets for everything, the color is beautiful and the bag itself is very nice. However, I have used it for 10 months and the zipper is completely damaged. How can I fix this issue? Is there anyway I can buy a new zipper? At this price I refuse to get a new diaper bag

Cannot have shoulder strap and backpack straps on at the same time

The bag is so pretty and plenty big enough, but I’m sending it back due to having to change out the backpack strap in order to convert it to a shoulder bag. I found a bag you can have both options at all times.

Great Bag But Could Be Better

This diaper bag is beautiful, lightweight, sturdy, and has the organizational elements I am looking for in a bag. Despise digging through loose items to find something and you don't do that with this bag due to the pockets inside. However, while the backpack straps stay in place I wish it was easier to adjust them and I wish there were loops to transition from backpack straps to shoulder carry.

So pretty!

This bag is great! I have always used diaper bags for a work bag because I like the dual “bottle” holders—one for coffee the other for water—and all the pockets!!! The inside is pretty spacious and fits my large laptop. It is a little tricky to arrange my laptop in the right way in order for my drinks to fit on the sides, but since this is a diaper bag, I can’t be too picky about that. Also, it’s truly beautiful!!! I wish it was more of the blush pink as it appears in many photos, but I love it despite the color.

So Beautiful!!

The quality of this purse is amazing! The vegan leather is so soft and the mushroom color is gorgeous. Very nice. Several people complained about the straps slipping, but I have yet to experience it. It every once in a while needs adjusting by like, AN INCH...but nothing that would make me not love this thing. GET IT!! Update: So the straps didn’t slide at first, but the leather became not quite as stiff as I wore it more. They started to slide, and it did get annoying, but it was a quick fix by wrapping the strap though the middle. Took like two seconds and they don’t move at all now! Still love this!!

Cute and stylish diaper bag

Love this diaper bag! It’s big enough for all the essentials for both my toddler and infant! Very well made! I normally switch out my diaper bag every couple of months because I get bored but not this one! It’s so stylish!

Decent bag but not exactly what I wanted

The color of the bag were gorgeous. I should have listened to the other reviews about the backpack straps. You can only use this bag on one shoulder if you find a crafty way to tie the straps (which isn’t what I wanted). It defeated the purpose for being easily adjustable. Overall it’s a very nice bag, bit if you want to wear it as a backpack expect to get crafty with the straps.

The most perfect bag! And I have had many!

I am so glad to finally have splurged on a good bag! I did waste so much money on cheap substitutes! We took the bag on a big overseas holiday and it was perfect! The bag is so convenient and holds so much in an organised, easy access way. All while being comfortable and flexible to wear. I love the interchangeable backpack/shoulder bag option. I just wish I put some scotch guard on the inside of the bag as the light coloured fabric lining is susceptible to stains easily. Especially the large flap.

Straps make the bag a fail.

Straps in the backpack setting do not stay in place. When you grab the strap to put it over your shoulder it pulls the entire strap to one side..constantly making the straps uneven. Straps also have no support. No cushion. Bag fits alot..but if entirely full it is very Heavey especially if you need to carry it on your back for a long period.
