kitty crack!

These cigars drive all my cats crazy! they will roll in the box that they arrive in, for hours. My only problem is that the dogs love them too, so when they get hold of it the cigar gets torn open and then there is catnip from one end of the house to the other. They really are enjoyed by everyone, except me when I have to clean it up.

Durable with lots of catnip

My family’s cats love the Yeowww toys, they hold up pretty well compared to other catnip ones out there. Cigars were pretty funny.

This is her second cigar. I got the first one in September and it’s still intact. I’ve gotten the banana but this is her favorite. She couldn’t wait for me to open the package. My daughter is buying for her kitty too.

Very well made. Not sure how fresh catnip is.

Very well usa made cat toy. Have had this brand before and cat loved it. This time cat did not seem to smell the catnip no matter how much I twisted and banged it to loosen up. Might return it for replacement. Very glad it was made in USA as my cat deserves the best

The best catnip toy!

I am always searching for toys for my cat Krissy. He’s a 4 year old - strictly indoor cat that I rescued from Save-A-Pet when he was 9 months old. When I first got him and gave him loose catnip, he reacted badly by having a “gag reflex” reaction, so I avoided loose catnip. I decided to try different catnip, something that was less directly inhaled, so I started purchasing toys that contained catnip. I have purchased and thrown away sooo many toys because he would sniff them then ignore them. I was determined to find a suitable toy and finally found this toy. I bought the cigar and was ecstatic when he took to it and started kicking it! I will definitely reorder this toy again. BTW, I chose the brown cigar over the pink one because a reviewer claimed it looked really shabby afterwards from their cats saliva. I highly recommend this toy because they use organic catnip and because of its durability to withstand Krissys hind claws. ????

My.cats loves them

My cat is 20 years old, near blind and deaf. I bought her a different shaped toy from this vompany/make. She loves them and they last a long time with hours of play. Never buy anything else.

Best. Treat. Ever. (if you're a cat!)

All (well, most) of our cats love these! Definitely suggest buying one for each cat to save arguments and when they've had a play for an hour or two it might be worth putting them away for another day rather than leaving them out all the time, so they will remain a novelty. We have over 150 cats in our care so we feel cruel that every single cat doesn't have one! Expect your cat to dribble and become possessive over it if they like it! We've had cigars that last for weeks or even months in the past but our last two, bought for our home cats, lasted a week before they were shredded over our carpet -we do have some excessively big kitty cats here though! If you buy one and your cat doesn't react to it then please donate it to your local cat rescue! Look up the Cat Chat website to find your local cat rescue organisation!

The cats seem to like them.

I bought the cigar shape and the fish shape toys. One of my two kittens loves them... he rolls around with it, bites, chews, kicks and attacks them, and the other had a sniff and decided he'd rather watch. He's really not interested at all. I've never had a cat that wasn't intoxicated by catnip before. I can confirm these things smell really strongly. I can smell them when they're on the floor and previous cat nip toys I've bought in the past didn't smell to me even close up, but the cats always seemed to like them. I'm having to limit the amount of time my kitten spends with these things as they send him high as a kite and he runs round like a mad thing for quite a while afterwards. I'd definitely recommend these toys, they seem to be really well made (and are standing up to a quite a bit of punishment without signs of wear), smell strongly and are doing what I expected. The cigar is a little on the small side, but I knew the size before I bought it. I'd certainly recommend trying your cat with a cheaper catnip toy first as these would be an expensive experiment should the cat not be interested. Update 20/4/15: I've now had these things for 6 weeks and they've not been as popular as I expected. They now go largely un-played-with. The cats lost interest very quickly. They still smell and still get a bit of rough and tumble on occasion when they have their mad 5 minutes. I've ended up tying some string to the fish in order to pull it around to get them to play with it, and they seem to like that, but it's an expensive version of a chase toy. If I were reviewing now I'd give them 3 stars, but initially I gave them 5, so I've revised by 5 star review to a 4.

HAPPY HIGH KITTY

My cats love these cigars, what I love is the way they suddenly bounce on one and roll around with it, chew it and then generally have this really far out spaced out look, Then they realise people are watching and scurry off to the sofa I have Maine coons most toys don't last but these do, my main coons chew these they get soaking wet with kitty drool, yet last and last none of them have ever come apart like many cheaper toys if like me you have multi-cat household get a few of these or they do end up having minor tantrums as to who gets the cigar

Turns 7 year old cats in to kittens

Both of my cats absolutely love these Yeowww cigars. They both choose the cigars to play with, when they have a choice to make. I think that being bigger than a lot of the other Yeowww toys makes a real difference. I sometimes wonder if they last as long as they should (catnip, not the actual cigars), when I consider what they sell for at full price, but that said, it doesn't take away from how much the cats clearly love them. (Just means I probably don't by them as often as I would if they were a bit cheaper.)
