Componenti inclusi: candela e base.

Couldn't Be Happier!
Like many here, I was more interested in a constant light rather than flickering, but this late in the season there were none left. After much research I purchased these candles, and am very happy with them. All are working perfectly. The light is a soft white (didn't like the previous amber ones I had at all as they looked very fake and didn't match the white lighting I had on everything else). The flicker is not distracting at all. I was afraid it would be more of a "blinking" but it's not. It's as close to the actions of a real candle flame as it can get for a battery powered candle. They all go on within minutes of each other at dusk and go off at dawn, exactly as described. The candles I previously had were 8 hours on and 16 hours off, but weren't reliable and had to be reset constantly. I love the dusk until dawn feature. There is also an off switch which is very handy and much easier than having to unscrew the top "flame" piece from the candle stick should you want to turn them off for any reason. I can't speak to battery life (3 in each candle) as I've only had them for a week, but no electric cords to deal with and the white vs amber is well worth the battery purchase. As someone else mentioned, these would also be perfect if winter weather caused a power outage as they make great night lights in each room, giving off just enough light to find your way around if need be. And even though the bases are plastic, the pewter look is much more realistic and attractive rather than the brass, which tends to look very cheap. The size is also a plus here. They are no deeper than the round bases, but are wider which gives the candles much more stability. I could not be happier with this purchase, and unless you are dead set against anything but a solid light, you'll love these!

Pros and cons
After decades of using electric (plug-in) window candles at Christmastime, I invested in 10 of these window candles for the front windows of my house. I'm really enjoying the convenience of these battery-operated candles - especially for windows without nearby electrical outlets. They fit on my narrow windowsills too; whereas the electric candles I had were made for the wider windowsills of yesteryear. I really like the attractive pewter-colored base too - a big improvement over the cheap-looking plastic base I'm used to. Unlike my electric candles however, these "flames" are not a warm, amber light - they're whiter - and not as bright as my old electric candles. They're not that "blue-y" white though, or I would have sent them back. I also wish I could choose for them NOT to flicker, but I knew that wasn't an option when I ordered them. And although the "on at dusk, off at dawn" sensor does work, I wouldn't want these candles flickering all night - lighting up bedrooms, etc., so I go around and flip the little switch when we go to bed. But that's not a big deal. Finally, you need to prepare to buy 3 AA batteries for each candle, which can get expensive. Mine will probably last a lot longer since I cut them off at night. Do I like them better than my old electric candles? No. But I would if they didn't flicker, if they were a little brighter, and if the light were more amber than white. Other than that, it's nice not having to deal with electric cords and extension cords.

Nice color, so-so quality, no option for non-flickering light
Battery-powered window lights for the holidays are the way to go over the AC-power $3 units that are forever falling off the ledge when the cord jostles. I thought these specific LED lights were the way to go. Now, I wish I'd bought somewhat costlier LED lights of better quality. What I found: * Pro: the light is soft white, not yellow or orange (which doesn't look like a candle anyway), not bluish-white from cheap LEDs * Neutral: The price seemed right if these really solved all our problems * Pro: Daylight sensor: Lights turn on around dusk, off around dawn (but not like lights which go on at dusk then ~6 hours larter, around 11 pm which some might like) * Con: These are flicker style only (more of a dim on, full on than an an on/off flicker), there is NO always-on position on the on/off switch. In reading through the dozens of options on Amazon, you may miss that these lights are flicker-only because the promo copy doesn't say "caution, flickers only, look elsewhere for lights that do both. * Con: The construction is barely adequate. Of our order of ten or a dozen lights, 4 didn't light up when batteries were installed, and by moving the battery contacts inward (toward the battery) I got 2 of the 4 to work; 2 others just didn't light up period. I guess I was hoping for better from lights that cost ten bucks apiece. * Neutral: The batteries lasted 3-4 weeks, which pretty much gets you through the holiday season. Next year I'll install rechargeable batteries; you can get good ones such as Panasonic Eneloop for less than $2 apiece. If you use alkaline single use batteries, be sure to take them out before storing in the off-season. Some batteries still leak and corrode you candles. My advice: Shop for these kinds of lights early in the season when you have more of a selection. I would not buy these again.

Year over year, they are still flickering
I've had these candles for years and I LOVE THEM. I keep buying more when the cats/dogs knock them over or use them as chew toys, but the years they go unscathed, they still keep flickering beautiful. Sensors are great and turn on right after dusk and last through dawn. Battery life is great - I am going on 29 days on a fresh set of batteries and brightness is still going strong.

Works well for the price
Looks nice but batteries don’t stay in place very well. Just need to be careful setting it down or the light won’t come on

Not Pleased!
Have had two of these candles - they took a long time to arrive in the first place and each one did not work. It is unfortunate because they are attractive. Also to note that it says it takes 3 batteries and there is only room for 2.
