Good sturdy stool.
This stool was real easy to assemble. If you have a ratchet screwdriver and socket set, it will make assembly easier. Be sure to install the small ring first. You can move the legs around a bit so the smaller ring gets positioned correctly before sliding the bigger ring down. My only concern is that my box was partially opened and there were no directions for assembly. However all the parts were in tack. Seems to be pretty sturdy when I sat on it.

Great addition for the garage or man cave
At first i was against this stool because it doesnt have a lift cylinder that helps adjust the height of the chair. Glad i bought this. Very sturdy and well designed.

Pretty good
Didn’t come with directions, but you can look at the outside of the box to see how it’s put together. The nut is a 10mm if that helps you. The stool isn’t all that comfortable and I couldn’t get it from rocking a little. Over all, it’s a stool and will work for me.

Great stool, poor service and no tools included
I thought this product was great except it’s too tall for my desk. The product did not come with the necessary tools to put it together fully. The instructions state to not tighten the screws until after seat is on but then you could not tighten the seat without doing so. This is an overall 3 star rating. If you get the stool and it’s the right height, you have the tools for it, and can you common sense to attach it together properly, it’s probably a 5 star purchase. However, if you find yourself in need to contact the buyer, you must resort to the instruction paper as this Amazon account does not provide service for this product. BUY BEWARE.

Decent quality
Seems well built and sturdy, seat padding is minimal and you wouldn't want to sit on it for long periods. There were no assembly instructions included but it was fairly easy to figure out. Here's how I assembled it: 1) Take the 2 U shaped leg units and place the one with slightly longer legson top of the other one with the legs spaced 90 degs apart. 2) Place the upper bracing ring (the smaller diameter ring) inside the legs and position the legs so that the 4 bolt holes in the legs align with the holes in the bracing ring. 3) There are 12 screws and nuts in the package that comes with the stool. Eight of the screws are a bit longer than the other 4. Using 4 of these longer screws attach the upper bracing ring to the 4 legs and tighen the nuts finger tight. 4) Now comes the slightly tricky part. The larger bracing ring goes on the outside of the legs. Holding the ring above the legs you will notice there are 4 areas where the tubes are slightly flattened and feature screw holes. Roate the ring until these flattened areas with screw holes align with the legs and slide the ring down the legs until the screw holes line up and insert screws. Now fasten nuts finger tight. The ring will not slide down the legs if you don't prealign the holes as the ring circumference isn't large enough. 5) Now place the swivel seat mount atop the legs, insert the 4 screws and attach the nuts finger tight. Be forewarned you need to be sure that the flat head end of the rivet is facing down as the other end protrudes far enough to keep the swivel from fitting flush on the deat legs. 6) Now remove the 4 short screw from the padded seat top, place the padded seat cushion on the floor and place the pedestal on it. Now align the 4 mount holes in the seat swivel with the holes in the seat cushion, insert the 4 screws and tighten down firmly. 7) The final step is to tighten the 8 screws attaching the bracing rings to the legs. You want these tight but be careful not to overtighten or you will strip the threads...these are not high quality screws. All told it takes about 15 minutes to assemble the seat and the only tools required are a phillips head screwdriver and a 10mm wrench.

Nice chair for the money! Thick padding and extra support bracket.
I was looking for a nice stool to put into my arcade room. I chose this one because it had a 2nd support bracket where many others only had 1. The seat also looked like it had a lot more cushion. It went together very easy. The quality appears to be nice for the price. I do not know how long it will last since we have only owned it for a short period of time. I am worried about the seat material because it feels like a cheap piece of plastic and Not pleather like you would expect. I guess only time will tell.

Absolutely no instructions for assembly of the stool.
The foot rest is too high and the stool is too high for a work bench. The seat isn't comfortable. Wouldn't recommend this stool for anyone to buy!

Good, but not great.
This is a good sturdy stool. It would be better if it was a bit shorter with another ring closer to the bottom to rest your feet on.

Too Tall! To hard to put together! Too uncomfortable!
- It takes quite a while to assemble and I am very sure that they sold be a returned chair. - It's also very tall and I can't see any scenario where this would be useful unless it was use for a homemade bar. - Not comfortable at all. It's made of a plastic type of vinyl on the top and it very wobbly. Even after the screws were tightened with a torque wrench.

Swivel is very useful. Stool quite tall.
Just what I was looking for - beats standing while working on tedious projects. Swivel is a must; helps with the dismount. Was a bit too tall for me, but lopped a few inches off with a pipe cutters. Perfect!.
