Worth the difficult assembly
I’m a a hard working, capable middle aged woman. I’ve built 3 night stands prior to this one. When I opened the box I was overwhelmed and was about to call my handyman when I decided to try assembling it. Instructions were not clear but when turning the boards in every direction, I was able to make out how to assemble it. For example the instructions did not show which position to put each board, rough edge vs smooth edge. It took me and my handy 12 year old 1 hour and 15 mins. End result = beautiful. Made us feel good that we were able to accomplish the “impossible “

Sturdy Night Stand – Well Worth the Assembly Time and Effort
After upsizing from a tall queen four-poster bed to a king platform, I needed lower-profile night stands with a smaller footprint. After studying the reviews on the Winsome Daniel and figuring (hoping) it would be an excellent value, I ordered two. Yes, there are a lot of parts, but everything's well-labeled. If you take your time and follow the schematics, you'll end up with a rock-solid night stand that looks and feels like it cost two or three times as much as you paid. Highly recommended.

Heavy piece for it's size,sturdy
I wanted to use it without the legs and I have it on a small, black parson's side table. I needed something for small clutter items that I keep nearby. It might help to line up or set out the pieces the way they go together in putting the body or cabinet part together because even though I followed the directions carefully (all diagrams or pictures) I found out,after I had that part assembled, that the groove for the back panel to slide in, on the bottom, was reversed. And I had to partially disassemble it and turn that piece around. Also the the bottoms of the drawers need to be in place before screwing any hardware together, because the sides,where the back of the drawer is screwed in, have finished ends, not an open end to slide the bottom in after the sides are affixed to the front. All in all the assembly isn't too bad. Simple,but a little less easy than it is simple. Almost easy,but you do have to make sure the grooves for the back of the body or cabinet part are where they need to be;and that the drawers need to be put together before the pieces are fastened together. But it's an okay one - person assembly. No problems. Looks nice. Works for what I need it for.

Tough without power tools
Great nightstand for a small space. Purchased to match my boyfriends preexisting for our new place. Overall sturdy once every piece is put together but will move and wobble until completely built. Pieces are hard to hand spin after awhile. Definitely use power tools If you want it too take less than 45mins

Happily Bought Two
I got one for Christmas a year ago when I bought my first house. Now a year later I have someone on the other side of the bed, so I ordered a 2nd one. It's great quality for price. Does not feel cheap. Has some weight to it (sturdy). Has stoppers so you dont just yank the drawers all the way out by accident.

Perfect for our needs
We had limited space on either side of our bed so we bought 2 of these as they were the only one we found that would fit perfectly between the walls and the bed. Turns out they are better than expected. I’ve put together a lot of furniture and didn’t even need the instructions (it does come with them) and I assembled both at the same time in about 20 min. Another reviewer commented that they don’t have drawer slides but it’s not an issue since the fit of the drawers is good and the unit is smaller size). Quality seems better than something similar from Ikea.

I like these tables and the price is right.
These are really nice little tables. I have one at each end of myPrepac Designer Media Stand withFluance SX6 speakers on top and they look really nice. They arrived in good condition with no marks or blemishes and the exact amount of hardware for assembly. The assembly itself was fairly easy although the instructions might have been a bit clearer. Just one note of caution... These are not super strong tables. I wouldn't want to put a lot of heavy stuff in the drawers. (They should have designed it so the sides were on top of the bottom, not beside it) A couple of tips when building ... 1) When assembling the drawers attach the sides to the front, leaving them loose then put the bottom in, putting the back on and tightening things last. If you do it the other way (assembling the back to the sides first) you will have a real tough time getting the bottom panel all the way in. 2) Don't put in the little pegs that stop the drawers from coming completely out. If you put them in you won't be able to remove the drawers for cleaning. 3) A little bead of wood glue around the back panel will make these tables much sturdier.

Just great!!!!
Extremely easy to assemble and very good quality. Unlike the other reviews stated,the directions are easy everything is labeled adequately and looks fantastic!! I wasn’t too concerned that they don’t have rails for drawers as it works smoothly and opens and closes easily

pre-drill holes too small, defect on surface board
The pre-drill holes is not big enough to fit the screws. If you drive the screw directly, the surface will delaminate and crack. There's corner of the surface crack due to insufficient space for the screw to go in. The overall assembly is difficult. Only suggest if you are able to spend 2 hour minimum for assembly. With that said, this is the most affordable 3-drawer nightstand I can find in the market, so I gave one extra star for the value.

Nice little table
Pretty easy to assemble with good instructions. Use good quality wood glue everywhere and it's rock solid. I bought a "used" one that was missing some backer board but I got a small sheet from Home Depot for $8 and it's perfect. I would buy it again.

Good quality for price.
Nice looking cabinet for the price. I thought it would take long to assemble when I saw all the parts but it was fairly easy.
