Used it over open fire to reduce maple sap for syrup

This worked fine for cooking down my maple syrup over the fire, but the metal is sort of flimsy. Which is probably an advantage for hurrying along the cooking process, but I could have tolerated having something just a tad heavier. Then it would be a 5 star...

Trusted brand not heavyweight

I really like Winco products. This is a nice pan but I was expecting a heavier pan. It is very lightweight. I like the high sides. I will use it in the bottom of my oven to catch any messes. I also use steam in some of my recipes so pulling this pan in and out will make this much safer when I do that. Overall I’m pleased with this.

CAT Litter Pan in This House Also !!

The stainless steel litter pans they actually do make for cats are much too large for our litterbox enclosure. This fits perfectly with a little room to spare. I placed a pool noodle on the side so they don't step there, as I find the edges on this one a bit too sharp. You may want to put some duct tape over the edges if you are using it in an open area. Easy to scoop and clean.

Perfect to temporarily convert some gas grills to use charcoal from time to time.

I like my Weber Genesis gas grill but I wanted a temporary way to easily convert it for charcoal cooking without doing anything permanent. This stainless steel pan is just what I needed. I simply take off the cooking grids, pop off the Weber Flavorizer Bars and place this pan on the gas burners as supports. Then the grill grids can be replaced in their usual positions. The end result is a 4" deep pan to hold plenty of charcoal just the right distance under the grids. Gas is okay but there is nothing the smell of burning charcoal. It's a guy thing. Oh, I do line the pan with foil so when I'm done cooking it makes cleanup much easier.

Hotel pan anyone!!!

This hotel pan is so uber chill that it should be called an extended stay hotel/motel pan. It's like braising on a cloud made of cotton candy and platinum, while scantily clad belly dancers shower me with slightly melted morsels of chocolate while singing to me some of my favorite songs of my youth. Where I am from, u don't need a sweet Casio solar calculator to figure out that 2+2=4. You just trust that the numbers will work themselves out, which means u aren't wasting time counting on your fingers, which also leaves u with plenty of time to frolic through the neighbors rose garden like a mildly sedated rodeo clown. Those were the days. I certainly miss the days of milk and honey. Sitting back, chillaxing, eating home made sour dough crutons while I autograph pictures of 80's cinema superstar Dabney Coleman, that I will later sell on E-Bay and Craigslist. Do not, I repeat, do not underestimate the need for Dabney Coleman autographed head shots.

Received the pan in quick manner. However, I'm not using it for cooking - sorry. Got it for use as a cat litter pan. Metal is the best type - above and beyond those so-called smell-bacteria reducing plastic pans. Got the 4 inch though I would have preferred 6 inch for my big boys. It will do though so not complaining. Sturdy and well-worth the price for what I'm using it for, thank you.

Awful quality

Not the quality that I expected from this brand. Very thin material & very light weight. Haven't used it yet but I can only imagine that it will get dented fairly easily.
