Found it to be too hard to use. Returned it.
Found this product difficult to use. Planned to use it for a baked goods event. Just didn't work out and returned it.

Warning!
Do NOT put this in your dishwasher! It comes out with a black substance on it that gets all over your hands and nearby items. Disappointed!

Wasn’t exactly even, marker not slicer, great price, & use 8” for a 9” pie if available.
The item was a great price for the money, but .........As many others have stated on various websites, this is not a cutter, it is a marker. I was fully aware of that when I was ordering so I did not have a problem with that. It would have been okay for me if it wasn’t critical that the spacing was exactly even since I was using this marker for pie slices to sell. The spacing was not exactly even so I attempted to gently bend the arm that was uneven and it instantly broke off at the weld. I knew it was a risk but I had to try. The other issue I had was the marker maybe should have been 8” for a 9” pie because it was only marking the crust on the custard pies since the filling is lower than the pie crust edge. I was able to use it on the underside of my pecan pies, since I slice those frozen from the underside for ease, and the double crust fruit pies, since the top crust is taller than the pie edge. Overall I am giving it 3 stars because it was not spaced evenly and the tack welds broke so easily when I tried to straighten it out. I’m not taking any stars away because of the size issue because I consider that part of my learning curve and is not the product nor the company’s fault.

DO NOT WASH IN DISHWASHER
I bought it thinking great deal. Didn’t need to use it right away. So the “return window” is now closed. But one wash and the finish came right off. Junk.

Great pie marker after a small modification..
Kinda flimsy but does what its supposed to do.. Arrived fast maybe 3days after I placed the order. Can't beat the Price. Looked like it was used? But that doesn't effect how it works. The points are very sharp actually.. IT IS NOT A PIE CUTTER.. It is just to mark the lines with the points. Makes a dotted line for you to cut. On some pies with crumb topping it very hard to see the dotted line. So I leave it on the pie and run my knife along the edge of all 6 arms and its easy that way. For smaller pies with large crust edges this will not work.. I cut about an inch off of each arm so it will fit inside the crust without touching the outer edge of the pie. My pies use a 9inch pie pan.. Now it works perfect.. One star off because it looked used when arrived.. Other than that the price was right and I would recommend this product..

Great Little Tool
I have always been a bit challenged when trying to cut perfectly even cake slices so decided to order this to make the job easier. Don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner! Just center the unit on the cake and the tines mark a perfect cutting guide for 12 equal slices. Cleanup is easy but be careful - those tines are a bit sharp! A great little gadget to have!

Better than ecpected
Reading all the mixed reviews, I was not quite sure that buying this was a good idea. My main concerns were the sharpness of the spikes and that the item was too high to fit into a drawer for storage. I decided to give it a try and got the 10-cut option. The spikes are sharp but it shipped in a flat cardboard box that it can be safely stored in. Or someone could buy a piece of aquarium tubing, cut it into - in my case 10 pieces - slit it open lenghtswise and slide it onto each arm if the spikes are really a big issue. The knob handle on the top unscrews for storage, so the pie marker can store flat in any drawer big enough for the diameter of it. Over all I am pleased with the quality and am considdering getting the 12-cut option also.
