Value for money
Product came as described. Easy to assemble. Took me 5 minutes and was ready to be used. Using it for 2 weeks and no issues so far. Value for money.

Great to save back
Switching from pickup to stand not simple but awesome for pickup balls.

Great but for one minor problem
Very please with this purchase. The hopper arrived in a flat package and putting it together was very simple (I assembled it before looking at the instructions). The only difficulty was that one of the threads with the acorn nut already on it was cross threaded and, as the thread were already ruined, required a lot of force to install. Once assembled the hopper was quite sturdy and the top locked on securely. I read some of the reviews saying that it took a bit of force to lock the legs but if you set it upside down and then secure the legs it wasn't hard. There are more expensive hoppers out there but I've looked at a number of them and they all have more downsides than this hopper (weight, ease of picking up the ball, securing the balls for transport, etc.). Note: Washers were provided to go with the nuts but were not listed in the assembly instructions. Given how the frame is constructed I highly recommend using them.

It's okay
I had to order this item twice. For some reason I received a notification that this item was lost in the mail, and the second time, the item got lost again, but eventually it finally got delivered. I really loved it at first, but the metal used on this hopper is so thin and flimsy. The handles like to pop out of the holders, and you to switch it standing mode, you have to lock it into two hooks that gets a little irritating to release from. I use this hopper on a daily basis. First the top hatch is a bit irritating. I eventually left it off, except when transporting the hopper in my car to prevent the balls from falling out the opening. However, somehow the metal frame of my hopper warped and the hatch refused to lock. In the end, the welding and thin metal frame was this hopper's Achilles' heel. One of the tubes that the handles latch into fell off. I MacGyvered it back on and repeated what I did as a preventative measure for the other side, and dare to say, actually improved the hopper's stability. After, enjoying that fix for a month, the welding that holds the bottom fell apart. I could have spent more time on it, but decided to retire the hopper and picked up the Tourna Ballport Deluxe, which was a little more expensive but definitely worth the price. Not to completely trash on this hopper, it does it's job, and I may have just been unlucky, but mine lasted for a year before falling apart. For $30 that's not bad.

Tennis hopper
My husband put this together in about five minutes or less. It seems very sturdy, can be used as a stand for your tennis balls, and the stand turns into handles for you to use as a hopper to pick up the tennis balls. Perfect for practice! Now all we need is the tennis balls to go with it.

Wonderful Hopper, easy ball pick up too!
Sturdy and very easy to use. It picks up tennis balls with ease, just drop down on them and pop in through the bottom.

LIght but Flimsy
One of the screw caps came off during use. Screw cap could not be located. Replaced it with a 1/4 Home Depot screw cap. The product is light compared to others this size (90 balls capacity). It's a bit on the flimsy side. It's also difficult to secure the legs when in standing position. The cover (top) comes off easily if stored with balls in sideways position in a vehicle unless the vehicle is tall enough to accommodate its height when in basket down position.

Works well enough.
Legs/handles tend to pop out of their attachment points. But it does its job and is great for picking up balls.

It is perfect! Easy to use!
I really like everything about this product, especially its sturdiness and that it is simple to use - quick and easy!

Low grade quality, falls apart easily.
As the package arrived there was already a nut missing from one of the brackets, and the instructions were missing. This hopper has continued to fall apart piece by piece for the entirety of its first two weeks of use. First, a wheel fell off, then, a wheel broke in half, and now I am down to two wheels. All of the nuts at the top of the cage have come loose and disappeared. Spend the extra $20-30 and purchase a ball hopper of slightly better quality.

Good materials poor workmanship
The positive is that the hopper is light. The negative is that the handles are poorly designed and don't stick into their holes. It has been incredibly frustrating using this hopper as the handles keep falling out while transporting the balls or while picking them up. Whoever designed this unit clearly does not understand how a ball basket is used on court or off court. They have thought of only one situation: when the basket is filled with balls and you are picking balls out of it, there is a way to secure the handles (legs). However, hoppers are also used to pick up balls and to transport balls and this hopper can't do those jobs because of a poor design. The fix is to weld the handles into the basket. Well, if I could weld, wouldn't I weld my own hopper? Poor workmanship, poor design, over priced, but good material. Would strongly recommend against it.

Will do what I ask of it. Hold the balls!
This product doesn't feel the most sturdy, but it's good enough for sure. Assembly was easy (though instructions weren't completely clear. Do I need the washers or not?) and it functions as expected. Will need to lay it sideways in the car though, as the handles are either up or down so will be tall in any configuration. The lid is secure though so no problems really.
