Easy Assembly; Cover Isn't Tight

I bought this item in part specifically to keep the cats out. The cover isn't tight as advertised at the bottom, so I'm expecting issues with the cats. My boyfriend confirms assembly was easy, though he did smack the pieces together a lot, so I'm guessing a bit of strength is necessary for that ease. I wouldn't want to assemble it myself. As it was, though, he had it together within about ten minutes max. I'm not expecting the issue some have noted with clothes not fitting or being too heavy, but I'm also not buying this to house suits. I'll update if there are any further issues. So far, I'm happy with the depth, height, cover style, zipper, assembly, and shelves. For $70, I certainly recommend as long as you're not trying to house something heavy...or potentially keep cats out. :)

Fantastic customer service and great unit

It is slightly tricky to put together and while it says no tools are needed, you really do need a rubber mallet. That being said I didn't really have any trouble at all - took me about 45 minutes. Very sturdy and the perfect size for additional storage. I love that it has a cover - keeps things neat and tidy looking. My cover did tear as I was pulling it over the top (so be careful). I sent an email to their customer service and they responded very quickly and are sending me a new one! Very pleased with the product and their customer service is excellent!!

Don't let the 4 stars dissuade you. I only just got it and assembled it today so I can't tell yet whether it will meet expectations. But so far so good. It holds my coats just fine. I would have liked another 3 inches in height between both the hanging rods and the floor/grate. I'm 5'4" so my coats are not long. My car coats touch the floor/grate. What I did there was hang my vests and shortest of my coats on the bottom rod. I think I'll line that bottom grate with something so my garments don't touch the floor. I'm not a clean freak but at some point there will be a dust bunny under there which my garments get into. The product is sturdy, not wobbly at all. The cover is nicer than I expected even though it is gray. Nothing else in my house besides my hair is gray! But it's not in my line of vision so that's alright. I really like the way the cover fits. It's nice and square and the zippers pull easily. Seems to be sewn well. The tiebacks are nice and the elastic that holds it down works well for now. Eventually the elastic will lose it's zing but that's alright, too. It won't hurt anything when it does. I can see this item easily lasting a few years. There's no reason for it not to. You should be aware that when you hang the hanger on the rod, if you go too high it will hook the grate and hang there instead of on the rod. That shouldn't be an issue unless you hook a coat and tear it.

Sturdy but Made for Small People

Received this closet today and have to say that it’s quite sturdy. Metal bars, metal shelves, easy to assemble by hand... not sure what others are talking about when they say it’s flimsy. That’s not my experience. That said, I’ve owned about 5 different types of these things, and the plastic bars that hold the shelves together are exactly the same as the other units. So they may bend over time. But for now — this thing holds more clothes than any of the other units I have. I do, however, have one big complaint: it’s short. I am not huge (5’11”), but even so my shirts and suit jackets would need about 6” more vertical space in order to hang freely. See the attached photos. It works fine for pants or waist-length jackets, and I’m sure it would be great if you were much shorter than me (and thus have correspondingly smaller clothes), but there’s not even a chance that my stuff will fit in a way that doesn’t cause wrinkles over time. The height isn’t a deal breaker for me since this is long-term storage anyway (and frankly it would be too much of a pain to disassemble and repack/return, especially given that all other closets seem to be the same height), but if you’re of any decent size then I recommend going with a single-rod setup (which I was specifically trying to avoid, to save on space). One caveat: I’ve owned this product for less than a day, so I may update this later if it falls apart quickly.

Great product

I gave the ‘easy to assemble’ a 1 because I was defeated!!!!!! The instructions suck and the operator needs to know how to build Lincoln Logs because this is crazy! But once you gave it together….WOW! It’s pretty cool

Not for normal sized mens shirts. Hang space is TOO SHORT.

Regular length mens shirts will not fit properly in this closet. They will touch the bottom rack and will cause wrinkles. You can however rework the layout and only one shelf will not have support to allow you to have a taller hanging space. So not a total loss. You will notice on the picture with the clothes pins where the original shelf would go and you can see how it would impact the bottom of your shirts. The product has served its purpose just not exactly as I had expected.

Sturdy storage

Excellent value for the money; the cover fits well and even has little loops to allow you to tie back the flaps if you’d prefer to keep them open. Shelving space is fairly generous and assembly was very easy. I anticipate that disassembly should also be very easy, if and when we need to move the unit.

Practico y resistente

El producto para mi gusto y necesidad es perfecto y más resistente que otros que sus entrepaños son de tela. El armado es muy fácil, con solo ver la imagen de del manual uno lo logra. Me parece muy práctico, ademáse llego mucho antes de lo esperado.

Closet muy Resistente

Hace mucho compre un closet similar pero al poner la ropa se doblaron los tubos y se quebró todo, por eso mi miedo de volver a comprar un closet similar, pero este a valido la pena el alto precio que tiene, ya que es de un buen material, con tubos delgados y conexiones de plástico, pero si es resistente, ya le puse ropa y los pantalones de mezclilla pesados y los carga sin problemas, no es tan grande como se ve, como un metro de ancho, medio metro de profundidad y unos 1.70 mts de altura. con dos compartimientos para colgar ropa y 4 espacios cuadrados para más cosas.

Me gusto

Me gustó mucho este mueble, tiene muy buena resistencia pues tengo muchas cosas guardadas ahí, su calidad es variada pues la tela que lo cubre al momento de ponerlo se rasgo poco de la esquina pero no afecta en su compostura, sobre la instalación entre mi mamá y yo lo armamos :) me encantó mucho porque la verdad ya los muebles de madera me dejaron de gustar pues ya no duran como antes porque se apolillan muy rápido y este mueble no.

Muy bien

Es resistente, me gustó el hecho de que las repisas son de metal y no de tela cómo otros modelos que he visto aquí. Es muy fácil y rápido de armar. Lo que no me gustó es que es algo difícil sacar y meter los ganchos debido a que el espacio entre las rejillas y el tubo es muy pequeño, otra cosa que no me gustó es que el espacio que hay entre niveles es muy corto y mi ropa no cuelga totalmente, pero estos dos detalles no afecta en su función. Consideré quitar uno de los niveles pero no lo hice por miedo a que se debilitará la estructura. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
