Great quality for the price

I bought this set to replace old ones on a claw foot tub that had started leaking. These appear to be really good quality, especially since they cost 1/2 to 1/3 less that similar items available on line. The reason I did not give the 5 stars is that there were no instructions, despite 2 of the rubber washers being thinner than the others. By trial and error I worked out that the thin ones go on the pipe ends that connect to the tub and the larger ones where the pipes join the shutoff taps. I did need to slice a bit off each rubber washer to get them to fit so that the nuts could get a grip on the threads. Even having done this they form a good seal, no leaks. I needed to use 1/2" nuts at both ends of the pipes but the kit came with a pair of 3/4" nuts too in case the gthe tub has larger fittings. Overall great value and quality.

Horrible Exper

We ordered a Westbrass Instant Hot Water Dispenser two and a half years ago. Within three months the bottom of the tank emptied all over the cabinet under our sink. They only warranty their items for 12 months, and even with it being under warranty it was a difficult experience to get it replaced. We did get a new tank, and that new tank has now broken in the same manner as the first one. It has been less than two years with this unit, and the customer service department was no help at all this time. We paid $450 for the unit at the time of purchase, and I am terrible disappointed that this company feels that 12 months is a great timeframe for an item of that expense to last. I asked to speak to a manager at customer service to visit with them about how disappointed I am with the way they stand behind their products, and the manager refused to even take my call. Horrible customer service and a subpar product. The only good thing about it was that it is beautiful. I would not purchase another item made by Westbrass, and I would encourage you to look at other brands.

Had this faucet for 6 years now and it has never gone more than 6 months without needing to change out the valves / o-rings. It's a piece of junk... Don't even consider buying it!!
