Squeaks like mad unless you reuse old wheels. Cord will stretch and might not hold a heavy door.
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install if you can pull your dishwasher out far enough so you can grab spring firmly with your hand; may need to disconnect a hose in order to do so. Unfortunately I could not get it to stop squeaking no matter what I lubed it with. I saw that the original wheels were a different material than the replacement wheels. My photo shows the original wheels on the right (translucent) and the new wheels on the left (white, same material as the mount). I took both old wheels off and put them on the new mount (my old mount had cracked but the wheels seemed ok.) Squeak solved. UPDATE - After less than one week of use the tension on the door is significantly weaker than before and the door (too-) easily swings all the way open when I pull it. My door is a custom wood panel - the door is barely balanced when open at a 45 degree angle, and the slightest touch will open it all the way. I suspect that the cord has stretched enough to reduce the tension on the spring.

Not too bad to install, pulling the spring and pulling out the dishwasher are the hardest part.
Fits nicely, wish it was not all plastic. After about 5 years they tend to give out, Depending upon usage. But it is way cheaper than a new dishwasher or a doctor visit after the door falls on your foot.

Piece of cake! But doesn't last long and squeaks!
Very easy to install. If you like LOT OF NOISE when opening and closing the dishwasher door, leave as-is. Otherwise, I highly recommend putting Vaseline on the cords and greasing the axles of the rollers to minimize the noise! Well worth the few bucks. This type of repair helps me continue my 20+ year tradition as a 'miracle-worker' to my Better Half! Two year update: Lasted exactly two years then broke; squeaked all the time no matter what lub I used. My Wife got used to it, I didn't. So, now that it broke, I bought the genuine article Whirlpool 8194001 and installed it with NO lube whatsoever; NOT A PEEP. NO sound whatsoever! The extra bucks are worth it. Now, I need to see how long IT last!!!

Make sure you can pull dishwasher out all the way
The product was exactly what we needed. Hardest part was getting the dishwasher to pull out far enough from under the cabinet to reach the spring that holds the part we bought. Water hoses were short and we had to discosnnect water intake hose to get the washer to slide out all the way.

Take Care!
After installing the product, one of the cords broke the first time my wife used the dishwasher. I had tested it several times before telling her the unit was ready to go. It appeared the cord is heat welded to the plastic pieces. Perhaps that was the issue as that point is where the cord separated. Amazon, and probably the seller, were kind enough to replace the product. Still, that cost us 3 more days without the dishwasher.

Perfect fit
Perfect replacements for my Kenmore dishwasher door counterbalance. After installation, door very noisy until I put Vaseline on the lines.

Great Price. Fits Perfectly with my Kitchen Aid Dish Washer
-Fits perfectly. - Better Price than Home Depot. -OEM type serviceable parts. -Prime parts so no arguing there. Definately recommend this product with similar door locking mechanism.

Very Noisy
These door links were slightly shorter than the originals making them a bit tougher to install. Fortunately my dishwasher has enough slack in the electrical cable and water supply and drain hoses that I can slide it out enough to change the links. After I installed them, the door started making a very loud screeching noise like a rusty gate hinge when opened. I first though it was the door link springs but after a bit of investigation found out the noise was coming from the rollers on the new door links. I ended up removing the rollers from the old links and installing them on the new brackets. The noise was gone. Clearly there is a problem with the type of plastic used on the Wen Handyman Q-K0011door links. I do not recommend this product and will stick with the OEM version if I need to replace them again.

Works well. Good value.
This part is an achilles heel of many dishwashers because it tends to last about 3 to 5 years and then snaps. This part fits my Kitchenaid dishwasher perfectly. Price is about 1/3 of what I paid a few years ago for a Kitchenaid branded part.

Great replacement part
Easy to install. Had to use vaseline to lube cord due to squeaking. Not a fault of this part. OEM part did same thing. Tried WD40, candle wax. Vaseline ended up being the winner.

Sturdy enough but noisy operation
Link kit is sturdy and fits well, cord are the right length. Noisy with the pulleys that came with it. I had to install the pulleys from the old kit, they are a clearer plastic, not white like the replacement kit. Apparently when the plastic in the pulleys and the body are the same, they squeal. The old pulleys are a different plastic and work silently.

Defective product. Both items filled in the same spot
Mr product did not meet expectation. The nylon rope pulled out of the plastic ends and as a result I needed to buy an additional set. And this was a rental unit so I had to inconvenience my tenant on two separate occasions to repair the dishwasher. The same issue occurred on both rope harnesses so it must be a manufacturing flaw where the plastic is not sufficiently adhered to the nylon rope.
