Turned my yellow/orange hair to a nice shade of cool blonde with no gray/green

After using wella blonder powder lightener and 20vol dev, I was at a 9/10 blonde with serious brassy gold tones. I used the same 20 dev and the tango champagne toner at 1:1, applied to my towel dried damp hair for 20 minutes of processing. Previously, I've had some bad results from toners, looking gray or green, and I was worried this could go the same direction, however, I am pleasantly surprised with the results. My hair is now a level 10 pearly natural blonde with very little gray undertones. The cream consistency was very easy to apply with bowl and brush. Mild to neutral smell. And my hair doesn't feel excessively damaged. Great toner. Will buy again.

Brassy & Yellow was toned down

Very easy to use. I've never dyed my hair on my own. I youtube how to use it. You need to buy the Wella developer #6 in order for the toner to process and the color to grab. I had my hair dyed back in June and went on vacation the salty beach kind of stripped my color out and turned it very yellow and brassy. This toned my hair back to normal. It looks refreshed.

Wella color tango toner

I have brown hair with blondish highlights. After a while, My highlights looked brassy. I used the Creme Brulee toner. It really toned down the brassiness and left my hair shiny. Used 2 oz toner + 2 oz developer 20 volume, and left on 20 minutes. Easy

Lasts 2-3 washes

I wash my hair about every 5 days or so with sulfate free color safe shampoo and this washed out in 2-3 washes. I guess it’s low commitment if that’s what you’re looking for.

Skeptical picking shade close to natural

With permanent hair color plus toner lighten it. Have different developer not branded is okay, at 20 covering my grays turned looking great. May not buy again, depends if it lightens from Chestnut, I'm not close to chestnut brown got toner to lighten evenly.

Worked great!!!

Wish I took a before & after because this toner worked GREAT for me!! I had highlighted my ends earlier this week and I had a lot of yellow and orange left over. I used CT 14 toner with 6 volume developer as recommended for 10 mins and WOW, absolutely love the subtle yet balanced tone this left in my hair. I’ll buy buying again.

“Café Au Lait” Is orange toned

The picture from the company seemed to suggest a light beige brown colour....or I thought. The product covered my bleached hair very well but wasn’t the tone I wanted.

Turned my hair grey

I bleach and tone my hair often. Was hoping for a new colour of blonde and ended up with grey/silver hair. Not impressed at all. It took a few more colours (dyes) to change it.

Toner is very orange pigmented. Does not tone as picture depicted even on a level 7 lightened hair.
