Best shower head I have had.

They are easy to install and having an adjustable neck so you can move it around if you are tall is great. Seems very sturdy and the adjustable arm doesn’t move once you get it to the height you want it at. Great value for the money.

Fantastic!

I bought this years over 7+ years ago and it just recently broke (I accidently snapped it). But if that didn't happen, it would have still been in use. Great showerhead and the 2 options are just what I like.

This shower head is adjustable and saves water.

We have to have an overhead shower head or the water would hit the door of the shower. We tried to order one like we had before, but they couldn't sell us one because we were in a drought. Now they have this one that saves water and we are happy with it. It is adjustable, easy to clean, and the price is right.

Easy to install and bought at an excellent price. Cleaning it is ok but remember that it is made of plastic after all.

I’ve used this shower head for YEARS!

I’ve used this shower head for over ten years. I bought a new one only because I changed out my diverted, handle and drain, and wanted everything to be new. I’m rather tall, so I love that the head can be angled above my head, and I love the two pressure options, both of which I use! Great product!

low water pressure isnt attiquate for some family members.

now let me tell you this, if you were to purchase this for someone that gets angry easily when there isnt anough water pressure, u may have this in storage soon after installing it. it could be better with the water pressure (i tried both of the settings, plus i tried it with the little metal thing or whatever they are talking about tooken out). so if u are going to buy this, make sure u want to have a nice relaxing shower with low watr pressure. it was convienent for me but other family members do not appreciate the calamity of the rain shower head by waterpik(cascadia) right and so we got the new showerhead off within im going to state a week, and the old one was back on, not to my disadvantage though because i appreciate the water pressure that my old shower head has right.. yes. also, i have read like all the reviews on it before i decided to buy and let me tell you i did do the one thing where u try to position it differently(turn to the side) and it did fall down one time it startled me i had to be really careful the other times because theres a way to do it that (i really didnt conquer this way) makes it smooth(although it did move smoothly a couple times) but sometimes when u move it its like quirky(not smooth) so i think that if u do it right and it moves smooth, then it doesnt fall down(it was pushed to the hightest distance above my head) also let me tell you that this showerhead u have to be careful when u change the settings... because when u do u can break it i read in the reviews. sometimes i was kind of scared to change it to the other setting but it was fine i didnt get to use it that long though as i stated above. another thing i noticed is the directions say to put it in the position u want BEFORE U INSTAL IT. so i think its not really meant to be moved that much anyways. makes the shower much more calm but an upgrad would be to have it more water pressure like an extra setting. not to mention i think it could be a bit bigger(as in wider so its more like ur in the rain) lol.

Great Showerhead

This is the third Waterpik FlexNeck I have owned. I purchased my first one around 16 years ago and used it for 5-6 years before I moved. I purchased another one for my new place and used it for 9-10 years until I moved again. They were both easy to install and never leaked. I did use a small amount of Teflon thread tape on both though. I just purchased a third one last month for my new apartment. My local big box home improvement stores didn’t have this particular item, so I ordered from Amazon. It arrived in two days with Amazon Prime but was packaged rather poorly. The box was too large for the item and there was no bubble wrap or cushioning to protect the Waterpik. It didn’t appear damaged, so I cut opened the plastic and installed it. There is some type of screen filter inside the shower neck which also serves as a water flow restrictor. I removed it using needle nose pliers and turning it counterclockwise. I am 6’ 2” and this shower head works wonderfully for me. The tubing material appears to be slightly thinner than the first two I’ve owned. If get 4-5 years use out of this I’ll be satisfied. It’s definitely worth the price.

I love how it works, low build quality.

Ever since this was purchased, our household showers have gotten longer. Relaxing with great pressure. Works great, took seconds to install. I question how long it will last as it's cheap plastic and seems fragile.

Long lasting

This is my second waterpik rain shower head and I love it! First one lasted 15 years. The buildup of hard water deposits finally did it in. Took me less than a minute to install the new one. Looking forward to another 15 years.
