A few, easily fixable, design flaws

Great scooters. The main design flaw is the way the handle bars are connected. We ordered three scooters and two of them had lost bolts in the first 5 minutes of riding. Apply a little loctite to the bolts and we haven't had a problem since. The kickstands are destined to bend in the first week. All things considered, they are definitely worth the price and are a ton of fun to ride. Would buy them again.

EDIT: Customer service is sending a replacement scooter!

UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer directly and they had me take pics of the broken scooter and are sending a new scooter to replace this one. Thank you customer service for doing what is right! I tried to find a "message the seller" spot, but I can't. I want to love this scooter but the front wheel broke after only 2 months! I want to love this scooter, as my son had so much fun with it since he got it in May. It was so much fun we decided to get one for my daughter for her birthday today. I'm worried that we did, because a few days before we got my daughters, my son's front wheel stopped turning when you stand on it! it won't move forward. The bearings seem to have gone out or something. I hope this is a fluke and my daughters will be fine. But now my son doesn't even have a scooter to ride. :( I hope the seller can contact me and see if we can remedy this, then I can re-assess the review. If my daughters does this too, I'll be very upset! Seller, if you see this review, please contact me asap with a solution.

Great scooter!!

This is a great kick scooter. It's nice to have one that is actually tall enough for me. I'm 5'8". The only thing I had an issue with was that it came missing the 2nd screw that goes in the handlebar clamp (see photo). It doesn't affect the usability or ride of the scooter though.

came assembled but missaligned

I spent half an hour adjusting the wheel and handlebar to align correctly, then I had to tighten MANY of the screws, because they were VERY loose. Also, the platform came scratched up. Other than that, the scooter rides well. I just wish the suspension was a bit stronger so I wouldn't ride so close to the floor.

Great for My Daily Commute

I recently got rid of my car because I can ride the train to work, and the rest of the way I use this scooter. I've had it for two months now and it has been great. It's lightweight enough that I can easily pick it up to go up and down a staircase. It's slim enough to go into the same row with me when I sit on the trolley, and can easily fold if I need it to. To be fair, I'm going into the office a couple of days a week so I am not using it every day. I don't know how it would handle that kind of commute, but for me, this has been a spectacular purchase. It's cost effective, and as a 5'2" woman, I have fun riding it to work. It's sturdier than I expected, and I haven't had any issue with it.

Bearings went out quickly

I absolutely love this scooter. It came quickly and was a great value for the cost. I would give it 5 stars if the bearings didn't go out so quickly (Just weeks after I got the scooter).

Good In Theory—Disappointing In Reality

I’m going to say. I’m glad I got this scooter on sale. Because if I d full price for this I would be extremely disappointed. Anyways. I wanted this scooter for when I don’t want to use my car or lug around my 50lb Beach Cruiser bike. I liked the dual suspension and the dual braking features. Well, once I got it. Was a little let down. First off this thing looked like it had a *rough* journey. Granted it had the wrapping on it, there was scratches and scuffs all over the frame. The box looks like it was kicked to my porch. I did a quick overall check and tightened all the loose pieces on the scooter. Which was an alarming number of loose parts. Once I got it out I did a test ride and oh boy was it bad. The bearings are absolutely terrible. I swapped them out for some 6 Ball bearings and that fixed the spinning problem. But it turns out oje of the wheels is out of true and wobbles. So I bought a second set of wheels to hopefully correct this issue. Next problem—the rear fork was way, way, too tight. I couldn’t even fit the wheel to its original position. I had to splay the rear fork out so the wheel could actually spin. Now, for my biggest let down. The brakes. The handle brake is primitive at best. The brake is a piece of metal that basically locks the wheel up dead stop if pulled too hard. It also constantly rubs on the rear wheel which causes drag. So I removed it. The pressure brake was also not great and was causing some pressure on the rear wheel as well. So neither braking system worked. I removed wheel fender off the front of the scooter as well since the rear pressure fender brake was removed. So after all that. Well. I have a working scooter (technically as of typing this review I’m waiting on new wheels though). The down side is I had to cannibalize this thing to get it to work. I thoroughly do not recommend this scooter. I feel like I was sold a bill of goods with what I received. Will I return it? Well I can’t as I went out of my way to correct all these issues (plus I’m sure the replacement unit would be just as bad). I’ll be able to use it, it’s just a big disappointment that most of the useful stuff had to be pulled off to make it work. Do not recommend purchasing this scooter.

I love this scooter

As an adult I don't run scooter at all for my spare time - I purchased this one as it seems I need one to ride together with my kid - which will be more convenient when riding a big bike with him. This scooter I believe worth the money! And it's steady with the stand, wheels are big enough to reduce bumps and best of all it has a hand break! Definitely recommend to buy for adults!

Scooter de buena calidad

Me encantó! El amortiguador le da ese plus, ya que el impacto de los pisos irregulares se siente menos. Siendo un poco más crítica, es un poco ruidoso al andar, y en un principio pensé que algo tenía flojo, pero al parecer no tiene nada malo. El que tenga freno de mano también es un lujo, obvio si lo quieres para hacer piruetas y giros del manubrio ya no aplica porque el cable del freno estorba un poco, pero si solo es para andar sin temor de andar rápido, es de mucha ayuda. El diseño es muy bonito, tiene un peso aceptable, se ve muy resistente, llevo con él un mes de uso y todo a salido bien. Feliz por la compra!
