Great VB style for our beloved Whipador.

These days our aging but still very spry 42-pound Whipador always wears a little flair around her neck. A lady of a certain age just falls into this sort of thing. We've acquired a number of Vera Bradley products for *people* in recent years, always with an appreciation of the style, class, and build. This *canine* accoutrement hews to the same standard. It is in fact one size fits all, which for our medium-sized doggy is no problem in this case. Short story: it fits. Longer story: the black-and-white plaid style of our bandana plays perfectly with our girl's black-with-white-accents livery. Our dog would never strut. But she dances around in style with her VB bandana looking like she was born in it.

Good quality, cute design, but looses some practicality

This bandana is good quality - the fabric and stitching are nice and the fabric pattern is very cute (even with pink in it, it is a great design for both genders!). From a materials standpoint, I have no complaints. In terms of design, I like the concept - the ease of slipping this over the collar is great and helps make sure that it can't come untied or be tied on too tight or anything. HOWEVER, because you can't tie it, that means that the one-size-fits-all cut of the bandana isn't vey effective. For example, it would be quite large for a size XS but quite small for a size XL. You lose the ability to adjust the size through folding over the bandana like you would with a traditional design. It seems to be a good size for my sister's size M dog, so I'm happy with that, but keep the sizing issues in mind when considering whether to buy!

Cool concept, but doesn’t look quite right

I like the concept of this bandana, as the tie ones often get loose on my dog, and he has even bitten them off. This bandana slips over the dog’s collar, so there is no risk of it coming untied. However, I feel like it doesn’t look quite right on my dog. If he wears it on the front, the collar hangs out of the back and looks dorky- but this is the only position he can wear it that we can still hook his leash to his collar. If he wears it on the back, it looks too small. I think it would look best on a medium-sized dog, and maybe they should make different sizes for small and large dogs. Also, you are paying $13 for a piece of fabric with a hem- the stitching should at least be straight. The fabric feels nice and sturdy, and the print is cute.

Great holiday bandana, but wrinkles easily after a wash

My puppers looked extra dapper at Thanksgiving this year while sporting this bandana. I love that it slips onto his collar and doesn't get "stretched" like the tie on one's. Nice fabric and well-made, too. My only dislike: it gets super wrinkly after a wash - to the point of me streaming/ironing it.

cute doggie scarf

This pet bandana is cute. It has a Vera Bradley label on it to impress the hoity-toity folks at your local dogpark. The plaid is festive without being garish. This scarf has a wide opening to slip over the collar or a bit of sewing elastic.

Small sheet of very nice fabric with VB tag, folded over at edges and sewn.

As Vera Bradley expands into the pet-wearable market, we've noticed an increasing number of New Yorkers walking with their dogs who now sport something beyond a simple collar and leash. So here, you're really paying for the Vera Bradley logo tag, which is prominently sewn in an obvious location between the dog's shoulderblades. You're also paying for the frankly good idea of assembling this with the collar as one might place a curtain-rod through the top of a curtain. All of that said, you're really getting only a small sheet of fabric (nice cotton fabric) made in Cambodia which is folded over at the edges and sewn. So this is for the dedicated VB collector (and I know several such individuals) who feels their pooch should have matching accessories.

Tag holes

After removing the plastic tags there was holes left behind. Far away it's unnoticeable but up close its visible. Looks cute on my dog tho. I was able to side her 3/4in wide collar in the bandana.
