I was waiting for a month to write a review so here it is. Packaging was just the box the wood panels came in with and protective foam but it was effective since none of the wood panels were chipped or broken. This shelf is easy to assemble with an electric screwdriver but even without it would still be doable. Seeing that I’ve had it for a month and it’s still able to shelf all my books sturdily as seen in the picture (by the way, i have two shelves put side by side), it’s safe to say that the shelf I received was well-made. Not to mention, most of the panels have two rows of books sitting on it. I’d just say that it’s best to anchor it to the wall (which this shelf comes with) if you’re going to have it carry heavy stuff just for that extra protection. I’m not allowed to drill screws on my walls but adhesive ones do just fine. All in all, I’m in love with how it looks and I absolutely love how it’s sturdy enough to carry all my books. I totally recommend this shelf, so if you’re looking for a sign, this is it :)

Love this design, so unique!

Love the design of this bookshelf. You can place your books on this in all kinds of ways, as you can with most bookshelves. But due to its design, you can even place books on the openings at the ends of the shelf.

Allen wrench sucked

Can I have a second pair of the Allen wrench that was provided? It did great the bottom part and the rest it just got busted. Other than that it looks great.

VASAGLE furniture are tried and tested

This is the third VASAGLE book case that we have ordered. This is quite tall then the previous ones we have but it stores quite a number of books and I have no worries of its sturdiness. Easy to assemble as well.

Great shelving, very versatile.

Sturdy & very cool!

Really love it, it fits perfectly in the fairly narrow gap between my light switch and my bed. Beautiful finish and seems nice and sturdy, plenty of room for all my collectibles and display items! Easy to put together, no fuss except for that I couldn’t get the little feet in but I just decided to skip them anyway. I would recommend putting it together upside down due to the screws being on the bottoms of shelves, and then flipping it over when you’re done. A power drill with an Allen wrench attachment will also save you some elbow grease but is far from necessary.

Funky, fun, and fantastic!

I was a bit nervous purchasing a bookshelf like this off of Amazon but figured I would give it a shot...this one was a bit less expensive than most other products I had seen in stores/online, had good reviews, and was a decent price in my mind....and I absolutely love it! It's the perfect size and the grey/beige color works well to match most furniture and decor in a room. It definitely took a bit but was relatively straightforward to assemble - no different than a classic Ikea product haha! I used is as my "nerd shelf" in a small wall of my family room and it's been a massive hit with anyone whose seen it. My husband and I did anchor it into the wall with the provided accessories to ensure that it doesn't fall by accident, which I do recommend to anyone else considering this product. The size and dimensions are good enough to store most standard books and decor/accessories. I loved the idea of placing 2 of these next to each other to create a wider stacked look and totally would have done it myself had I had the wall space for it! It looks funky and abstract and totally adds a unique look to our house!

Looks great, quite weak.

It was easy to put together, looked great in my apartment, and was a pretty fair price. However it is very wobbly. They put screws and anchors in the box so you can fasten it to a wall but unfortunately like most people I have a base board so it doesnt sit flush against the wall and I cant use the screws. As long as youre not moving it, leaning on it or constantly putting stuff on and taking stuff off, its a decent shelf.

Great design

Gorgeous unit. It wasn’t as easy as the other pieces of the Vasagle furniture I put together, but it still wasn’t bad. Just required a bit of flipping to get the underside screws in. I wanted something unique for the space. This bookcase unit of a unique design was perfect. Straightforward to assemble, and included a hook to secure it to the wall if you wanted, but I found it fairly sturdy without. Good price and wood pattern is really nice!

Perfect! Bought this bc I wanted a book shelf in my room but wanted a wooden vibe so this is exactly what I was looking for. Not that expensive at all either and super easy to assemble took me no longer than 30 mins. It isn’t that sturdy meaning if it was just in the middle of a room and someone were to walk by knock it over it would easily fall but it is in the corner of my bedroom near the wall so I’m not worried about that. Although it does come with screws to screw into your wall so it won’t budge. I just didn’t want to do that no point for me. Great product! Fast shipping too

nothing damaged, nice finish, pilot holes drilled nicely, and all the parts fit perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised.
