Easy to clean and doesn't take up much space
We were feeding our rescue cat from a bowl and saucer for the past year and of course I always would hit the water bowl going out the back door and make a mess. I purchased this one because it is SS and has a small footprint, the only negative I have is that the seller punched small holes in the top of the bowls to secure them to the base while in shipping? The holes would only bother if they are filled to full, the Kit Cat likes the new bowl, the rubber on the base makes it stable when bumped and I no longer have to worry about spilled water on the floor. Excellent product and I highly recommend it to all.

A bit disappointed
I purchased this for 2 young kittens. It isn’t very well made. The rubber around the bottom of the container that holds the dishes doesn’t stay on. The dishes are easy to remove and are easy to clean. I probably would not buy it again.

Good for a cat or small dog.
This was smaller than I thought it would be, so it is just about the exact portion size I give my 43 lb. dog; unfortunately, she spills some of it out onto the floor.

Nice quality stainless steel - cure for feline acne!
One of our cats had acne on her chin. After replacing their plastic food bowl with this one (and changing the water fountain as well), it cleared up! No need for the treatments which the vet had recommended. The stainless steel bowls don't let bacteria build up like the plastic ones do. It's nice that the dishes are dishwasher safe. The rubber bottom does keep the bowl from sliding around. It's the perfect size for two regular size cats. We've had the bowl for over 3 months now and they've managed to dislodge the individual dishes perhaps 4 times during that period. So as others have said, it does happen, though our cats haven't done it very often.

The height is perfect for her
We got this for our small dog because she needed something low to the ground. The height is perfect for her. The material is very durable and the rubber on the bottom keeps it from sliding around the floor. However, the silver finish does show smudges and water stains very quickly though. I find myself having to clean it every couple of days. Overall, great product though.

Very shiny and nice. Low profile
Very shiny and nice. Low profile. I put millet seed in it and have wild rabbits eat out of it. The only negative regarding its appearance is that the bowls do not sit perfectly flat in the holder however I have had no complaints from the rabbits.

Bowls too big for the tray
Tried to put the included bowls in the allotted holes for my pet food.. Bowls don't fit.. so either the holes are too small or the bowls are too big.. Either way for the money its doable but would have liked the unit to be a complete fit.. thats why a 4 star rating..

Great for the price
This is a great product for the price however it is not very heavy and food and water do get into the rubber parts which is a little messy. I have not noticed any pitting in the metal and it cleans up well. I have put it into the dishwasher minus the rubber parts which can be removed and then put back with ease.

Not bad
They had a metalic smell at first our cat wasn't a big fan, we washed the bowls a few times and he seems ok with now.
