Works for me
I use the better known brand at my gym and wanted something for home. This ball works just as well and didn't come with all the other stuff I didn't need. It did come with a video, but so far I've only used that to learn how to blow up the ball. As others have noted, it's not self-apparent that you need to remove the white plug first, which was very tightly inserted in the deflated ball and I was afraid to try to pry it out until I was sure that was the right move. I think a simple diagram inserted in the package would be helpful for this purpose, rather than having to load a DVD, but ok. If you're used to the green ball, this one has a bumpier texture, which you can't tell from the picture, but it doesn't bother me a bit. In fact, it's a little easier to keep a grip on. So far I've been able to do everything with it that I'm used to doing at the gym. It's great to have it here at home and the price was certainly reasonable at under $9 (before tax).

Training Ball
When I read the reviews about being confused on how to blow up the ball with the straw, I thought, these people must be stupid. But the truth is, I too was confused at first. LOL The ball comes with the straw pushed into the hole stopper, sticking out. It looks as though you should be able to blow on it and the ball will inflate but that is not the case. The straw must be removed from the stopper and the stopper spike removed form the fill hole, then the straw and be inserted into the filler hole and blown up. Otherwise, the ball works fine although it does seem to loose a very small amount of air week after week requiring a refill ocasionaly.

nice color
i had to take it to a bike shop to pump. the straw didn't help. It is soft, lost some air. I needed it for PT otherwise I would have returned it. It took the bike shop a bit to find a needle to pump it up. they ended up attaching a pin to the inside of the straw [like the kind you get from the juice drinks] and held on to it and let it rip air.

Good, cheap exercise ball
This is a good, cheap exercise ball. It's pretty easy to inflate. It definitely feels kind of cheap, but it gets the job done. I'm currently using it as a fulcrum for upper thoracic stretches, so it's good enough to support a decent amount of body weight, but I expect I may be in need of a new ball after a while of this level of usage.

Small but does whatnits supposed to
I seen a review claiming they sent it back because it was made with a material that causes cancer; not sure what they planned to do with it. It'd smaller than I thought it would be, but it serves its pourpose. My dog ended up chewing it, I don't plan on replacing it.

Love the video! I have personally had great results
I got this ball about 2 years ago and used it everyday for about 3 months. My stomach had never been flatter and I felt that my entire body was nicely toned. I was so sad that I lost my ball when I moved. I'm so happy I found this item on Amazon. I just reordered it.. Just in time for summer! I highly recommend this product for those who are at their ideal weight and just want to tone up.

Good if you do some research and have a ball pump
Ball is very durable and as described. Would've been 5 stars had they included instructions on how to inflate the ball. The white plastic piece needs to be removed and a pump should be used. It came with a thin plastic straw so you can blow into it to inflate it, but that broke the second I placed it in. Cheap. Otherwise it's good. Should've been more clear.

I've had this for years now. I've taken it around the world. I've misplaced the straw at times and blown it up without, and never had any problems with it. Even without the straw, it can be blown up without problem and it holds air well.
