Fin size something to consider.
I purchased this snorkel set because it was highly rated on several sites that I checked. I'm new to snorkeling, so I do not have a baseline to compare against, but while I'm satisfied with the purchase, I used the snorkel set on two trips to Hawaii and just have a few comments to share with others who are considering this or any other set. First the snorkel works, probably as well as any other modern snorkel. . Mask leaked a bit on the nose area. Could be just me, but otherwise functioned well. There are some things about the fins that all should consider before investing in a set. First, these are large long fins. They take a lot of space in a suitcase. Also long fins are difficult to walk in from the beach. Last, the adjustable style fins are a little more difficult to put on vs the slip in style fins. Otherwise, once you are in the water, the entire set works well. Large fins help with float, but make it difficult to position upright when coming up to take a breath or adjust your mask.

Just received the snorkel set so far seems good nothing broken, did a test fit out of water the fins are a little tight I wear a size 12 wide shoe. I am a little concerned about the pivoting fins hope they hold up to the pressure of the water when kicking. The mask seems to seal around my face well. I have scuba dove before it has been a few years, I know US Drivers was a trusted brand in the past, we will see, going to Catalina Is with the family in a couple of weeks to do some snorkeling will do an update post then.

Good fins and mask, but carry case not so much
While the mask, snorkel, and fins are quite functional and well made for the price, I purchased this set in part for the nice carry case that came with it so as to use it as my personal item on the airline when traveling. But the case turned out to be nearly useless as after the very first trip to the ocean, the zippers corroded badly and are now unusable even though I had rinsed the fins before placing them in the carry case. One would expect corrosion resistant zippers on dive equipment. For U.S. Divers, I would have expected better.

Its US Divers and good enough for me.
Fins fit well and the pivot action was smooth. The snorkel took a little getting used to as the mouthpiece seems a little large. Does not allow water in so its good. Tried in pool, calm water and surf and everything worked well. Did the mask fog? Yes but I have yet to find one that won't. The fit was good but there seemed to be a little leakage around the nasal valve, annoying but not a deal breaker. Very satisfied with product at the price.

I bought these for a snorkel trip to the FL Keys. The bag was nice & conveniently kept everything in one spot, and the fins worked well. The snorkel was okay too. The biggest disappointment was the mask. Our first dive the mask kept leaking and fogging up, even after multiple cleanings and peeps ahead of time. The mask did not fit my face correctly, and the middle piece really hurt the bridge of my nose. The boat captain right away said that this was not a good snorkel mask when he noticed my difficulties. From now on I will do what he suggested: get fitted for the right mask ahead of time with a knowledgeable salesperson.

We had a blast using our snorkel gear while we were in the USVI. The ability to view such beautiful sea life was absolutely stunning. Can’t wait till the next trip.

Honestly best bang for your buck. One dislike is water gets in where your noise is it happens to my girlfriend and I often.
