Nice, but arrived broken
I ordered 2 of these. One arrived looking new and in a bag with the sticky label on the bag. The other arrived without a bag and the sticky label directly on the product. There was also sticky residue on the product. And, the product was chipped right out of the Amazon box. I plan to order a replacement and hope for the best, because the good one looks really nice.

It cracked immediately.
I bought this because I have a toddler and needed something durable and not breakable. We had been using a glass dispenser that never broke but thought it would be more wise to go the non-glass route. Within two days of using this it cracked in multiple places after falling into the sink.

Not Bad...Not Great...But Worth the Price!
The Umbra step soap pump arrived promptly from Amazon. However, there was absolutely no packaging material and the pump was rolling around in the shipping carton. Luckily, it was not broken so the durability factor is great. My only disappointments are in regard to the silver pump on top of the unit. It is plastic and appears to have been spray painted with a fairly dull colored silver paint. I don't think it actually was painted but just looks that way. Next to my chrome bathroom faucet, the duller coloration is even more noticeable. I think if someone has brushed nickel faucets...it would look much better. Also, the nozzle is fairly short so the soap has a tendency to run down the side of the bottle if you don't tip it forward when using. I do like the white bottle but be aware it is not a really shiny white color...more matte in finish. Goes fine with my white porcelain sink. Also, even though it is plastic it feels like a heavy glass or china. For the price, the durability and the appearance of the bottle...I would purchase again.

Love these containers
I've always been irritated with myself for buying disposable hand soap and I've meant to use reusable containers, but never made it a priority. Cue up a pandemic and there is no hand soap to be found anywhere on planet earth. I was at Costco late spring and found a huge container of SoftSoap so I snapped it up. Naturally I had to order refillable/reusable hand soap containers. I found these and purchased two - one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. I love them. They're turning out to be quite durable, easy to clean and environmentally friendly! Yay!

very attractive
I put this soap dispenser next to the sink in the kitchen, for dish detergent. We use the dishwasher, but wash a few items by hand. This is white plastic, but it is very nice looking. The pump is sturdy, and it looks like the pumping part will last for a long time. The way the spout is attached makes it stronger. Our old soap dispenser broke easily where the spout was stuck in. This Umbra soap dispenser is plastic on the bottom, which is a little slippery. This doesn't seem to matter for most days, but when I have a lot of dishes to do and pump the dispenser with wet hands, water gets on the bottom of the dispenser and then it slips around. So I purchased stick-on shoe pads here on Amazon, cut one of the pads with scissors, and stuck it on the bottom of the Umbra soap dispenser. Now it doesn't slip even when wet.

Great dispenser buy it!
I purchased the first dispenser a year ago. It has been a champ and worked great so I just purchased 2 more. I love the simple clean minimalist look the pump has worked great and it gets heavy daily use. The color goes with everything they are sturdy not cheap feeling and easy to clean and fill. I haven't used foam soap just liquid soap. I buy the large soap containers to refill its so much cheaper than buying those cheap dispensers. By the way Amazon sells domino soap refills in big size i buy the soap to refill this dispenser.

Nice dispenser
Nice white soap dispenser. Seems solid but lightweight. Top dispensers soap well. Matches well with marble decor. Easy refill with wide top. I removed one star because even though it arrived perfect condition, it took me 15 minutes to get the very sticky, giant white sticker off the front of the dispenser! So much adhesive it was hard to remove without damaging the white surface. I recommend the company put the sticker on the base. Not the front. Recommend product.

Simple, Practical, Good Design
I tried other dispensers, and several started to rust around the nozzle within weeks. There is no problem with this one. It squirts consistently and reliably, it's made of a good plastic that can take some abuse, and it holds more liquid soap so you don't have to refill as often. To clean it, I just hold it under the tap and let water run over it. The nozzle doesn't let water get into the soap. I like it because it's a clean, simple design with no problems. It does what it's supposed to.

Good looking and functional
Very happy with this purchase. It is a great size and perfect for dish soap or hand soap at the kitchen sink. Very sturdy and easily wipeable.
