Im glad these were sturdy and heavy metal vs cheap coatings. Sleek and slim, so its not obtrusive to the eye.

Can’t be installed flush to window frame

Love the style, and the hidden screw installation. However, to be able to slide the hook off or onto its base, one needs about an inch and a half of extra space facing the window, as the frame blocks access otherwise.

Install tips

I like the style of these over others on the market, but they were a bit challenging to install. The problem is that the part that screws to the wall is recessed from the base of the main part that slides over it. I gouged up the walls on the first ones I installed and had to pound on the hooks with a hammer. Then I cut a strip of cardboard from the package and put that under the base between the screws. I thought after running in the screws with my driver, the cardboard wouldn't make a difference, but it did. The hook slipped right on. Also, if you don't drill into wood and need the anchors, the head of the anchor can prevent the hook from sliding on. I had to cut it away with a utility knife. Hope others will have an easier install with this info. As others have said, the hooks are a bit small: about 4 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches of from the wall.

Very nice looking...

Yeah like the one customer says, it's best if you cut off the plastic piece of the anchor on the wall to get the hook and brace to be perfectly flush to the wall. I had read this and kept it in mind, in case I should have any trouble, which I did. The 2nd one, I automatically did this procedure and boy is it sturdy now! So, I do have to finish fixing the first one because if you do not take that extra step, it is loose from the wall a tiny bit and can rattle. The look was well worth the little bit of extra effort!

Well made, but could be larger

Well made but could be larger to hold curtains for windows wider than three feet.

Not perfect but great for the price.

Fairly easy to install. I bought it for the simple design. The wall anchors are garbage so used my own. I would buy again. It grabs the curtains well and looks modern.

Great Hook, well made, perfect for curtain, mine is a bead curtain and it holds the whole curtain easily and with style. Quality hook that does not look cheap and it is the perfect size, not too big at all but perfect.

Smaller than I expected but simple and nice

These are smaller than I expected but they’re a good size still. They’re elegant and simple looking. Large enough to hold my room darkening curtains open. The installation was pretty simple.

Good quality, simple look, easy to use

Perfect for our blackout curtains in three bedrooms. Our teenaged boys like them since they are much faster and easier to pull the curtains back rather than an fabric tie back, and they aren’t too fancy or feminine looking. Simple and clean lines.

Looks nice, though, an installation issue

If you want it to be properly installed and last long, you need to use good anchors, not the regular ones that come with it. That is ok but the problem is that there is not enough space to acommodate another screw's head. I had to do some drilling on this item to make a deeper hole and acommodate for a better screw. Now they are properly installed and have lasted for a while now. If you don't do this, they will come out with your drywall in a few months.
