Works and makes u sweat everytime! but already can see it ripping from the seam because I hang it on a hook. I rinse it after every use with hot water so I dont damage it but seems to already be damaged by hanging ????. Sweat suit works. Got a xl and it fits too big

Yes, you will TOO feel the cold...

One review states, "and I don't feel the cold when I wear it" (or words to that effect)... You will TOO feel the cold if you are outside exercising at temps below 60 degrees. Trust me, you do not want to wear this where at least a change of clothes and a good clean towel are not handy! If the weather starts to drop and you have already begun to sweat you are in trouble unless you can take it off and dry off with a towel and change into comfortable dry clothing! I have been caught in situations like this (years ago) and it is NOT FUN! Anyone saying they don't feel the cold is only wearing it for a short while... And yes, you can go outside (when the total comfort of your own home is only a minute away) and not feel cold in 45 degree weather,but for only a short while-- IF you do anything physical and start to sweat, you will see what I am talking about-- I have 27 years experience wearing these garments. I only have one on in cold weather between my car and the Gym, etc. Otherwise, they are great for working off excess water weight... Keep hydrated, and watch it taking these things off. The oils in your sweaty forehead predispose these suits to premature ripping (so put something on your head, like a ski cap when removing so your body oils don't get on the collar. In addition, the heat stamped stress areas like the crotch and the armpits rip after a while. I check my sauna suit after each wear for rips that have just started and use duct tape inside and out to seal it. This gives the suit another month or so of use. IF THE COMPANIES WHO MAKE THESE WOULD INVEST A BIT MORE EXPENSE IN DOING A BETTER JOB OF REINFORCING THE CROTCH AND ARMPIT AREAS, I WOULD HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THESE SUITS-- EVEN IF THEY ARE MADE IN CHINA. IT IS recommended by me that these companies make one with cargo pockets on the side, maybe some with a front zip on the pants and top, you know; the plastic kind of zipper (so costs could be effectively kept down)... Just a thought from someone who knows!

Sweat like crazy!!!

This product will make you sweat like crazy! At first I didn’t believe it. I was like “how can you be dripping wet wearing this and be so soaked?” I was a little skeptical and had my doubts. But all those reviews were true! YOU WILL DRIP IN SWEAT! I love it tho, it made me feel like I had a great workouts session. But be careful, how that it summer this may result in you fainting and dehydration. So stay hydrated and be cautious.

WORKS GREAT. DETAILED REVIEW...

I am not sure what to think about the negative reviews for this. I had low expectations based on the bad reviews but was happily surprised. First, let me explain my usage & reason for buying this. I am overweight (240 lbs) for my size (5'9") but I am active & practice Kendo (japanese martial arts) on a regular basis. I seem to never break a good sweat when I run a mile or 2 on my elliptical. That is where this comes in. I have only used it 3 times so far (for a mile each time) & WOW does it make you sweat! It smells a little funky right out of the package... almost like a new blow-up pool raft....its plastic... I put it on carefully... do not put it on over shoes... If so, I could see it might tear. Also, remove any jewelry or zippers on clothing that might get snagged. As for cleaning, when I am done, I simply reverse it inside-out when removing it... air dry it... or fill a bath tub with some mild dish soap & gently wash it & hang it to air dry. I can see how it would be dangerous to use regularly or for extended time periods.... maybe if you have a multi-million dollar UFC fight coming up. idk. Either way, do NOT let the negative reviews discourage you. This has been a great product that works exactly as intended if you use it properly. If you are taller and/or bigger than me, it may not fit. If you are smaller, it would still work. note: i paid regular price. i never get offers for free products to review. :(

Sweat!

Some of the reviews were mixed, but I am happy I ordered! Weight 175-180 5’3 cup size C ordered a Small/medium. which was perfect baggy in the rite places! I didn’t have any problem with putting it on or taking it off. Before trying it on I washed and hanged the item outside. After drying I put it on with shorts and tank top under. I went for my run a short 1 mile. I really just wanted to see if it would tear & it didn’t! Now I know I can go on my 5 mile run! When I got home I was dripping sweat!! This product does work, I’ve only used it ones so can’t say if it works for weight lost but it does make you sweat! It’s super easy to wash and drys quick, great product!

Don't waste your money

You'll sweat ALOT which is fantastic but the top ripped after a month. I do wash it in the tub and hang dry after each workout session so I'm not sure if that was a contributing factor but ain't no way I'm re wearing a dried up sweatsoaked suit the next day. Ew. Anyways, you could perhaps order a size 2 or 3 times large (if it's in stock that is) but still I thought it would've lasted a year or at the very least, 6 to 8 months. Proceed with caution folks????????????.

quite durable for the price and a great investment in any weight loss regime

if you are careful knowing that it is plastic and can tear you can get quite a bit of mileage out of this set. i got careless with the first set and had to buy a second for the bottoms. they served a great purpose. i lost 40 lbs and have retired mine. In fact i've made a lifestyle change and no longer eat bleached foodstuffs i.e. white rice; bread; pasta; flour and have kept it off and continue to lose. my metabolism has increased too. so i'll be taking the pieces to the thrift store for donation on my next visit.

these things are pretty cheaply made and they usually don't last too long ...

I'm a veteran of these cheap-ass plastic training suits, I try to purchase a new one every winter for riding my bike, so I can still work up a sweat even when my apartment is freezing cold because my landlord is a penny pinching skinflint that won't turn up the heat. OK, let's face it, these things are pretty cheaply made and they usually don't last too long if you use it often or for more vigorous workouts. I've gone through enough of them to know that eventually it's going to have some duct tape on it and generally on the crotch seem, so screw it, the first thing I do after receiving it is duct tape up all the seems, ya it looks fugly and it's kind of stiff for the first few work outs but it lasts much longer without getting shredded and I'll have it until the warm season. So, does it work?... sure if you can stop it from ripping!..... but next time I think I'm just going to get some elastic banding, a few contractor garbage bags and use my roll of duct tape and make my own cheap plastic suit, it'll pretty much be the same quality!

On the pictures, it seems like it's something made out of the same materials from the garbage plastic bags. But it is a lot sturdier and can stand your rigorous workouts. Thermal: I used this with a shirt under, and a sweater over. After 5 mins into my warm up, I was already sweating! All the more when I was doing my cardio. It really heats you up and actually gets you to sweat! It really works and works well with whatever kind of workout you are into. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Poor quality

I wore this suit twice and just like another customer the pants at the seam in the crotch came apart. Don’t buy, not worth it.
