Solid rest with great performance at a low cost
The arrow rest arrived on time and took about 5 minutes to install on my Diamond Edge SB1. It has both horizontal and vertical adjustments that make setting up center shot quick and easy. Setting up a rough center shot is important. Several other reviewers have complained their rest failed or their arrows were damaged when using the rest. Setting up center shot is critically important when installing any rest, or damage to the rest or arrows will result. Also using arrows with the appropriate "spine" for the draw length and poundage of the bow is important for the same reason. An arrow with a weak spine will bend too much when fired and may strike the rest as it leaves the bow. I suspect the other reviewers did not do a center shot adjustment before shooting arrows through their bow or were using inappropriate arrows. I took my bow to the range today and performed a "walk back tuning", aka "French tuning" and after that was completed I was consistently getting groups of less than 1 inch at 20 yards and 6 inches at 60 yards. I also dusted the fletches on my arrows with talc to see if they left any marks on the rest. They didn't. What I really like about his rest is the ease of set up, and the drop in feature of the rest. The arrows are fully captured by the upper brushes and the arrows will not fall out even if the bow is shaken. The gaps between the brushes and the plastic bottom rest allow the fletches to pass through the rest without contacting anything at all. This is an excellent alternative to the Whisker Biscuit. Note to beginning archers considering this rest: It is important that you rotate the arrow nock so that the odd colored fletch points straight up. This allows the fletches to pass through the rest without contacting any part of the rest. This is mentioned in the paperwork that came with the arrow rest. Several other archers commented they've been thinking of buying the same rest and after seeing mine and how well it performs I suspect I'll soon be seeing more bows with this rest on them.

Does the Job
Bow: Martin Krypton 55lbs @ 27" Arrows: Gold Tip Hunter XT 125gr point 50gr insert cut to 28.75" Reason I bought this is my whisker biscuit is causing some of my fletchess to lift off the arrows. Yes I know I can put a spot of fletching adhesive on leading edge but decided that could be a cheap fix while I decide on which fall away rest I'm going to use. The Good: Price is reasonable $30 as of now. No contact with my fletchings and was easy to install. Lite weight no moving parts. The not so good: Lack of replacement brushes, the instructions said to adjust the brushes so the do not touch the arrow so hopefully I won't need them, only time will tell. Second is this rest must be installed square to arrow. I had some erratic arrow flight and heavy wear on the insert the arrow sits on after 20 to 30 shots. I used a square to insure that the arrow was level but the top of the rest was canted 3_5 degrees away fom me. Shot through paper and had 2-3" nock high tear adjusted the rest as square to the arrow as possible and got the tear to .25-.5" nock high which is close enough for me and the wear seems to lessen. Overall at this time (100-130 arrows through the rest) I'm very pleased with this rest. I plan to shoot this rest for at least a couple of months at which time I'll re-review this product.

A capable entry-level arrow rest
Wanted to give it a few weeks of actual use before rendering an opinion. This arrow rest (also coupled with the TruGlo Storm 5-pin Sight) is mated onto my son's Genesis Pro. It should be noted that I elected to have a professional install the arrow rest (and the 5-pin Sight), as I wanted to ensure everything was square/level. For its price-point, it is well constructed, and it is more than appropriate for where my son is in his training. My son's world-ranked coach told him/us in advance that "there will be a learning curve utilizing this new system," that being this arrow rest and the 5-pin sight. Athena's assessment was spot on! After about 100 shots, we finally noticed more consistency. Was told, "a peep sight will also help with his consistency." As it stands, I recommend this arrow rest for student/recreational use.

Great Arrow Rest for the Money
Great rest for the money. Great for hunting or just target fun. I have it installed on my Vortex Hunter at 50 lbs. It installs fairly easily, however to get it lined up just right takes some finesse. Also, It says full contact but tells you the two side brushes shouldn't touch the arrow. In my target shooting it get very good groups. If the two side brushes touch the arrow it will touch and mark the arrow veins.

Isn't the quality I expect fromTruglo
Let me start by saying that I normally love Truglo products. I have two sets of their pistol sights, two of their scopes and a shotgun sight. But this rest is no good. I'm so disappointed in the quality of the plastic brushes, they wear out with very little contac The brushes break with very little fletching contact, but what's worse is that the spring launchers only last about 20- 25 arrows before they break. I've literally used up all but one of my spring launchers in the first 100 arrows.

Will not contail arrows
Brushes will keep arrows aligned but won't contain arrows in position and brushes difficult to adjust. Had metric and SAE allen screws. Nice for other settings for alignment.

Great rest!
This rest is great as long as you tune it and your bow correctly. I have shot a good 200 rounds thru it and see very little wear on the rest or fletchings. I really like the capture design that has no contact with the fletches. I was using a drop away rest and see very little difference in my groups. Would highly recommend this rest especially if you'd like a rest that will hold your arrows while hunting but offer no drag on fletches.

Influenced arrow
I could not adjust the rest in a way that the arrow flies consistently. No matter what always had contact with arrow throwing it off its course.
