Es la segunda vez que compro este tratamiento, es muy bueno y si se siente el cambio en el cabello, sólo que el empaque no es el mismo al de la imagen, a mi me llega con tapa negra

Been using this for years
My hairstylist recommended this product many years ago and I’ve been using it ever since I have dry find hair and it helps me comb through it and adds just the right amount of moisture and helps keep it a bit healthier. It smells nice and clean not flowery or anything like that sometimes this product can be a little expensive but this time I got a larger bottle for a better value you don’t have to use very much at all so it does last a long time

This product smells awesome and leaves hair silky
This product doesn't smell like the floral scents.. it is neither feminine nor masculine and leaves hair silky smooth. My ultra fine hair was not weighed down and there was no residue.

Plenty of product but it’s nothing special
I typically really like this Chi line. I LOVE silk infusion.nothing wrong with what i received for instance packaging was fine, etc it’s the actual product itself Thought I’d add to the hair care system the conditioner to aid in protecting my fine, thin hair from heat styling. It feels and smells decent but it honestly has not done anything more for me than a $2-3 bottle of Dove or L’Oreal doesn’t do. I think I’ll stick with the sill infusion alone -seems to do the job by itself just fine.

If you’re hair is damaged from heating tools, you need this!
Always been a fan of Chi products, but the price and quick shipping is a game changer!!! I had damaged my hair from curling irons and blow drying. This has really increased the feel, breakage and I’ve only used it once. I really considered writing this review because I didn’t want them to be sold out when I need more. However, I just can’t be that cruel to not share how much it has helped me.

Performance gut, Inhaltsstoffe zum Teil bedenklich
Das Produkt ist nicht zum Glätten geeignet! Es handelt sich um eine Art Haarmaske die als letzter Schritt nach dem Shampoonieren in die Haare gegeben wird um hitzegeschädigtes und oder blondiertes Haar zu schützen bzw. die Haare auf eine Hitzebehandlung z.B. mit Fön oder Glätteisen vorzubereiten. Wichtig: es muss dennoch wie sonst auch vor dem Föhnen/Glätten ein zusätzlicher Hitzeschutz auf die Haare aufgetragen werden bevor mit dem Glätten begonnen wird da die Haarmaske nach 4-5 Minuten Einwirkzeit aus den Längen und Spitzen wieder gründlich ausgespült wird. Ergebnis: ++ Die Haare fassen sich bereits während des Ausspülvorgangs sehr weich an. Die Haarstruktur wird geglättet und das Haar fasst sich auch im trockenen Zustand seidig-weich an. ++ Frizz: Wird reduziert aber nicht vollständig beseitigt. Es kommt weiterhin darauf an wie die Haare nach der Anwendung getrocknet und gestylt werden. --- Geruch: Der Geruch beim Auftragen ist wirklich eine Zumutung. Der ganze Raum riecht danach. Seltsamerweise haftet er (noch bis zu einem Tag danach) an Kleidung und Händen (selbst wenn man beim Auftragen Handschuhe trägt) aber nicht auf den Haaren. Es ähnelt einem intensiven Männer-Aftershave. Wie gesagt an den trockenen Haaren ist davon später nicht viel zu merken weil der Geruch entweder beim Trocknen abdampft (beim Föhnen) oder durch andere Produkte leicht überlagert wird. Für diejenigen die es interessiert: Der fruchtbarkeitsschädigende bzw. fruchtschädeigende Inhaltsstoff 2-(4-tert-Butylbenzyl)propionaldehyd (auf der Verpackung als Butylphenyl Methylpropional gekennzeichnet, auch unter der Kurzbezeichnung "Lilial" bekannt) ist derselbe Inhaltsstoff wie in einem bekannten Produkt der Firma O.... mit der Nummer 3. Warum das Ganze fragt man sich? Da Lilial keine Funktionseigenschaften hat sondern lediglich den Geruch beeinflusst gibt es sicherlich gesündere Alternativen. +++ Inhaltsstoffe: flüssige Seide, natürliche Extrakte/Öle aus Pflanzen --- Problematische Inhaltsstoffe: Es sind als bedenklich eingestufte (z.B. Quaternium-80) sowie hormonähnliche bzw. hormonaktive und reproduktionstoxische Stoffe (wie oben erwähnt z.B. Butylphenyl Methylpropional) enthalten die dann zunächst auf den Haaren und dann beim nächsten Haarewaschen in der Kläranlage landen in der sie nicht vollständig entfernt und somit schlussendlich in die Gewässer gespült werden. Das Produkt ist als nicht vegan eingestuft. +/- Fazit: Wer nach einer schnellen Lösung für geschädigtes Haar im mittleren Preissegment ohne hohen ökologischen und gesundheitlichen Anspruch sucht ist hier gut beraten. Aufgrund der Geruchsthematik würde ich zum Einstieg evtl. zur Probiergröße (15 oder 59 ml) raten da die 355 ml schon sehr lange halten. Sicherlich wird die Performance in Verbindung mit den anderen Produkten der Reihe insbesondere mit der Silk Infusion nochmal besser ausfallen. Die Haare werden bereits ab der ersten Anwendung strukturell verbessert aussehen. Wer völlig kaputtes und gesplisstes Haar hat ist hier jedoch an der falschen Adresse. Da muss man dann schon zu den einschlägigen hochpreisigen Produkten oder wenn gar nichts mehr hilft zur Schere greifen (lassen). Bei leichten Haarschäden wie gesagt kann hier gut kaschiert werden. Aufgrund des Anteils problematischer Inhaltsstoffe werde ich das Produkt nicht nochmals kaufen.

¡NO ES PROTECCIÓN AL CALOR!
Si buscas protección al calor, no es lo que buscas. Yo pensé que era protector para evitar maltrato por calor de secador o planchas, NO ES EL CASO. El nombre del producto y los resultados de búsqueda son un poco confusos. De cualquier manera al haberlo abierto y no poder devolverlo, decidí usarlo como indica las instrucciones. Al principio al usarlo no me gustó la textura que dejaba en el cabello pero después de todo este tiempo de usarlo he notado cambios positivos, noto el cabello más suave. Recomiendo, volveré a comprarlo.

Great Shampoo for getting straight hair
I have curly hair and I wanted to thermally protect my hair before straighting it. This shampoo is fantastic for this, and I started to notice that my hair was getting less curly after every shower so I stopped using it because I still wanted my curly hair. It smells great, you don't need a lot of the product, but would only recommend to us the shampoo before styling your hair and not on an every day basis

This is not what I was expecting at all. I thought this was a thermal protection you put in your hair right before you blow dry or straighten. This product is actually to be used in the shower/bath right after you shampoo. The directions on the bottle say to put it in damp hair and wait 5 minutes and rinse it out. Not what I was looking for. On the upside, it does smell great! I didn't notice a difference in my hair after using it though.

Muy bueno tratamiento que cumpla con su función.
Al aplicar el tratamiento a mi cabello, inmediatamente sentí el efecto. Froté el cabello con el tratamiento y lo dejé puesto para actuar para casi 10 minutos. Logré muy buenos resultados, con mi cabello casi desenredado, suave, sedoso, con buena aparencia. La única "duda" es que no sé si realmente es un "protector térmico" porque NO tengo la forma de comprobar si es o si no lo es. En conclusión, 100% encantado con este tratamiento de la marca "CHI", y lo volvería a comprar después de acabar con lo que compré.
