Good Fabric Weights

I bought these specifically to use for fabric weights. Very happy with them. Somewhat easy to grip but could be designed better. One thing to note is you will be removing stickers from the bottom of each weight. The bottom of the weight is not perfectly flat. Weight is 6.84oz each.

Good design

Someone reviewed that they were hard to grip - I did not find that to be true, for me at least. In fact, I found that the ridges helped when pouring in the brine because it directs the flow down into the jars better, rather than splashing up like the ones with the indents/knobs do. Also, easier to clean because of shape. Heavy and seem well made. The one negative thing I noticed was a few tiny black streaks within the glass and a few small air bubbles, so typical sub-par Chinese manufacturing (reason for four stars). Overall, good price, good design, and heavy.

Great for preserving lemons

I was looking for a wt to keep the lemons in the brine when preserving them. I use a wide mouth jaw. They are perfect.

Nice heavy glass weights. Made in China.

These are fine glass weights for fermenting. My only complaint was that every single one of them had a "Made in China" tag stuck to it and they were difficult to remove. OK. I get it - they were made in China. Otherwise - all is fine!

Half of them had broken

Half of them had broken when I opened the package. Otherwise they were as I expected and nice. Just need better packaging for shipments.
