I like them but not the color

These are great placemats to have on hand because they are very easy to clean and add a touch of color. However the color I picked- thinking it would match my kitchen, didn’t match at all. It’s like a muted mustard color that just blends into my table. I might get the blue instead so it will pop a bit. They did have a bit of an odor upon unpacking but that went away fairly quick. They have a puffy type of feel to them. Overall a good buy just be careful when selecting your color.

More decorative than functional

These fishnet placemats are thinner than expected. They have an oval shape and the 17”X12” surface area is adequate, but the fishnet design leaves nooks and crannies for food to fall through, which isn’t ideal for keeping a clean table. They’re more decorative than functional, in that regard. Six placemats are included in the set, they’re also dishwasher safe, which is a plus. The navy blue color looks true and vibrant, probably my favorite aspect. At just under $30, they’re somewhat overpriced, probably not the best value. But they’re possibly worth considering if you’re just looking for something simple for outdoor use, that can be easily hosed off.

Almost … but, still great!

I was hoping that these were just like the kind my grandma had! They were durable, waterproof and easy to clean. These aren’t quite them. The holes are a bit far apart. BUT, they are working out fine. They stick to the table which is great. They’re easily cleaned. I don’t care what the kids do because it all comes off.

Look great on my round table; just the colors are hard to figure out

We have a round table and I never knew how much I needed these. I always just buy regular placemats, usually the circle ones. But these oval ones work so much better and even LOOK so much better on our table. They are soft and have holes all over. So while I like them, it's easy to get food and crumbs on your table. It's not actually protected by these. And forget cleaning your table by using one of these to catch everything. I don't have any complaints about this except for the fact that it's really hard to pick out a color. The blue I got looks different than what's in the listing. It's a little brighter. I like it but colors shouldn't be that off when all you have to go off of are pictures since you can't see them in person before buying.

Shelf liner placemats

The material that these placemats are made of are the same thing as shelf liner. I'd like to suggest that at this price, you can save yourself some money by buying a roll of shelf liner and cutting out the placemats in whatever shape you want them. The description calls them fishnet and I didn't look at all the colors close enough to see that they are not solid, so food and liquids will be able to get through them to your table.

I like the oval shape of these placemats.

I like the oval shape of these placemats. Most of the placemats are circular. Circles only sometimes hold an entire place setting. These hold a plate, napkin, and cutlery for sure. I also like that these are reversible in case something gets spilled they look the exact same on both sides, with no tag or anything. I use two of them to protect the glass shelves in my fridge. They are plain and simple. I recommend it.

Bright brilliant color!

Fishnet Placemats may not be for everyone but we love them for casual use during the week. They are so bright and vivid and the material has a nice give to it. I have had no issues keeping them clean with just a quick rinse under the faucet if they get dirty. They are large enough for our oversized plates and they do not slide around. Easy five stars!

New table. New Placemats. Look and work great

They are a bit darker blue than the paler blue in the ad pics, but they are attractive & vibrant and added a splash of color to our new table. This is a set of six placements that fit a standard size table. The weave on these placemats help plates and cups stay in place and not slide around and they are easy to clean. It gave our table a modern up to date look to match our modern looking distressed maple table. There are a variety of other colors to choose from.
