You can shape the spring to not lean as far forward and have more spring
The packaging was top notch, very well done to prevent any scratches or other damage. When installing even on newer sink, it still needed a few extra conversion parts to get it installed, and of course you will need thread tape that is not included. After it was installed the spring leaned a bit forward and didn't have a good spring to easily put put the nozzle in place without forcing it. But by bending the spring in the opposite direction, it held the new shape quite well and really looks nice where the front spout is on a 90 degree angle down. Would recommend this product, but should be installed by someone with experience in this area, which makes sense being a commercial style product.

Great looking wall mount faucet - read on about leaks
Needed to replace a wall mount or rear mount faucet in our kitchen and quickly realized that very few faucets are available in the market for this style of mounting. Most of the pullout flex hose designs are very commercial in appearance. This faucet looks great in our kitchen. Installation wasn't easiest, but that was mostly related to the old 1940's cast iron sink that we have. After reading reviews here in Amazon, we were apprehensive about the potential for this faucet to leak. But given limited choices we bought and installed. No problems and worked great for 6 months. Then one day, suddenly began to leak at the base of flex hose, just like others have described. Dismayed, I disassembled flex hose. Quickly realized the problem - inside the flex metal shroud is a plastic hose that is simply attached at a hose barb fitting in the flex hose base. Tugging on the faucet over time may dislodge the flex hose off the barb and there's the big leak. Simple 30 minute fix - disassemble hose base with pliers and wrench. Clean everything and put hose back on barb and reassemble everything tightly. Sorry - didn't think to take photos while I had it apart. Given the design, I can foresee this happening again, but fix isn't too bad. Overall still like the faucet given the available choices out there for this style faucet.

Leans forward too much
This is an ok sub for a regular faucet in that it will give you more freedom when cleaning and using your sink, but the thing leans forward way to much. It gives it a weird look, and I just smacked my face on it while doing dishes. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for higher quality.

3 stars, some nice features but it had to go back
The biggest problem with this faucet is that it leaks in an area that is impossible to alter or tighten (at the base of the up spout) other people have noted this. I'll share the cons and the pros CONS: lead, weak pressure in both settings- (we have awesome water pressure but there must be a retainer in this) head/nose is made of plastic and looks "smeary" every time you put your hand on it. The up-spout hangs at an awkward floppy angle. PROS: chrome is attractive, low profile on the wall mount and handles give lots of space in the sink for clearance, it moves out the way nicely, handles and wall mount are very attractive and cover the holes in the wall nicely. Sprayer button can work to change heads with a pulse or a click so you can choose between two spray heads at all times. Very easy install and good instructions. Probably the biggest reason we sent it back was the leak and the plastic handle. It would make sense if the cost were lower but for a faucet at this price point I just wanted it to be higher quality and not leak.

This faucet is stylish and heavy duty!
We needed a back mount faucet for an old cast iron sink that i repurposed, and this did NOT disappoint. I was impressed by the weight and feel of it immediately. Then I installed it and fell in love! We installed this in our wine room and I love that I can fit larger items like the glass wine containers under the faucet because of the big curved lines, and the movement of the faucet. The shiny chrome was the perfect complement to the old sink.

Installed easily, worked OK for a little while, broke after a year
Update 2: The clip which holds the faucet head loosened over time, and the faucet head falls out. If water is running at the time, head swings around and sprays the kitchen. Very annoying. The arm which holds this clip snapped clean off. Now the whole assembly is going in the trash. Update 1: I was initially pleased with it as a step up from a standard utility sink faucet. In the months I've owned it, the initially-slightly-annoying loose connection between the upright part and the base has gotten worse and worse. It can't be tightened such that the whole upright element doesn't wobble. And it leans badly, lowering the spray head. So I'm gong to replace it with another brand. Original comments: Things I'd improve: there is a flow restrictor insert between the spray head and the flex which I had to remove, water volume was useless with it in place. I wish the spring bend radius was smaller, it seems designed for big commercial sinks. The spray head assembly doesn't leak, but there is a lot of slop and it feels wrong in use. I was hoping the button on the spray head was on/off, but it just switches between aerated stream and multi-point spray, which is not useful.

Nice but leans a good bit
I picked this faucet to use on my old farm sink. It works great and looks great. If I had to complain about anything it is that its height causes it to lean forward and overtime I expect it may cause a seal failure. Though I have not had ANY problems with it since it was installed about two years ago.

UPDATED: Fits, Works, Installation A Slight Challenge
I opted for this because I did not have a wall to attach a brace to (as most of the other models here do). It arrived quickly and the only frustration was, since I was attaching it to a sink instead of a wall, we had to cobble together some fittings to make it work. The parts supplied were not sufficient for anything other than the exact install it is configured for. On another note, my box arrived from Home Depot, so apparently I purchased this on Amazon and could have done it through HD as well. The water pressure is terrible with this unit. I removed the spray head and had a lot of pressure there, so I ordered a new spray head. There are probably a lot that will work better, but I ordered this one from Amazon and it works fine. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00V5WKL9M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Worked good for a year, then...
Bit of a pain to install in my ancient cast iron sink in my cabin, but I managed to get it in there. Looks fantastic, worked good for the past year, but this spring I noticed the joint where the upright section swivels was getting loose (not leaking, thankfully). Then yesterday my wife was starting dishes, and the incoming fitting just blew apart, spraying hot water across the room. Upon closer inspection, it looks like the threads where the brass insert mates into the main tube were stripped out. Tried to reassemble it, but no luck, it won't tighten. Now I'm trying to find out more about this "limited lifetime warranty," but there's nothing other than a link saying it exists.

Low flow rate, sprayer end came off hose. Lasted all of 4 months
Unit looks very commercial but the flow rate is less than any other faucet we have had. Quality is a little low as well as the spay handle is light plastic. Better to spend more on better quality. Update: Sprayer end came off and hose came apart. Lasted 4 months. Low quality. Even with light use it does not stand up. Waste of money.
