Great spatula

Thin and flexible. Easy to slide under foods and eggs. Pretty sturdy. A bit pricey though. Love it!!

All-clad utensils are very good quality!

I love the design and it works well for flipping. Maybe it is just a personal preference, but I'd like to have a little more weight in the handle. It seems fragile, but it easily does the job!

Not for Lefties

Maybe it was silly of me for not realizing this but although this is a great tool, it is not for left handed cooks like myself! If you hold it with your right hand it’s great, but if you’re a leftie it just won’t work.

Versatile and durable

I bought it for flipping fish in my pan. Works good for this purpose. I wish it was a bit heavier. This feels a bit flimsy for other purposes

If you have stainless then get it !

This item is an absolute must have. First of all I was impressed by how flexible it’s, second how thin it’s, super easy when you need to get under anything without giving a sweat about it. Third the quality and finish, I can see why so many people love All-Clad and pay a higher price point for it. In my case, unfortunately, had to return it after having a problem with the kit I bought; but like I said, if you have stainless then get it! Really, you won’t regret it.

a well-designed slotted turner

I bought this slotted turner impulsively together with an All-Clad pan. It's thin and flexible, and when I used it to make crab cakes I found that it was easy to keep them whole while turning them. It's also long, which increases the stability. A well-designed utensil.

I liked mine so much I bought a second for when the first is in the dishwasher

The surface of this turner is very thin and pliable, without being flimsy. Nothing gets under a fried egg better. The large cutout area also prevents food from binding or sticking. It's not cheap but if you appreciate great tools here's one for your kitchen you'll fall in love with.

Overall great, with 1 small issue

I loved that this is all metal, meaning it's easy to throw in the dishwasher or soak overnight if I'm too lazy to clean it after using. The construction is sturdy, and the quality is there. The only issue is that the metal spatula is a bit too flexible, meaning that it has a hard time supporting the weight of the fish if it's balanced at the end. I have other fish spatula's that have a bit more rigidity which is helpful when moving from pan to plate.

A must buy item, has great quality

This is a very well designed product. The handle is sturdy and the front has just the right amount of flex to ensure that you are able to get under food and not break it. I would totally recommend this item over all the others in Amazon. It have bought many of them are fake Chinese items that are sold as made in France.
