Almost Expired, not worth the $$
Only giving this product 3 stars and here is why: First, let me say I just flew home from South Korea and bought this lip tint in pink directly from TonyMoly and I LOVE IT. The reviews are as expected if you've heard good stuff, it's incredible. Stayed on my lips for almost two days. When I visited the TonyMoly website, I couldn't find the Shocking Lips in red, so decided to gamble with Amazon. So why does this product/seller now get 3 stars instead of 5?? Yeah, you guessed it. Because it's not a brand new product from TonyMoly itself. I'm not saying it's fake, but when it arrived in the mail, the manufacturer date was for July 2016, which means I really only have a few more months until this product is technically expired. Also, I noticed a difference in packaging and application. When I opened the lip stain, I couldn't actually tell if the product was brand new (i.e. possibly opened before which could expose air to the product - although not saying it had been used, because I have no way of knowing really). When applied, I noticed the application of stain was a little thinner and less consistent with the brand new pink version of this stain that I already had. Could be TonyMoly updated product over the years, or it could be that the product is just old. Also, this red stain doesn't stay on nearly as well as the pink one I bought directly from the store. It wore off around the edges of my lips throughout the day, and I ended up just applying a gloss on top of it for better coverage. It's not a bad color though, more of a dark red with orange undertones, and I will find some use for it for sure. But I definitely don't think paying $20 for an ALMOST EXPIRED product is worth it. It's sold at around $10 in Korea - yes, I know i'm in the US and I expected to pay more here, I just wish I had received equal quality in doing so.

I heard so many raves about this product, especially its lasting power, but to tell you the truth.. I didn't find anything special about this. I thought I'd only have to apply once and BAM no more applying through out the day, but I found I had to reapply at most twice a day (which isn't TOO bad.. but still). This lip stain is a cool toned red for those who are wondering. I wouldn't purchase this again but I do have to give this product some credit since it lasts a SMIDGE longer than other lip tints.

No seca nunca!
Esta tinta parece no secar nunca! Lo raro y sospechoso del asunto Esque yo hace 6 meses ordené una tinta de la misma marca(pero diferente tono) directo del sitio de Tony moly y esa tinta tenía una mucho mejor fórmula que esta!! Como puede ser eso posible? Solo puede ser 1 posibilidades: 1. La fórmula cambia respecto al tono, por lo cual no recomiendo a nadie el tono “petal”. 2. Esta tinta vendida por Amazon no es original realmente.
