A+++ grade quality jacket
I get so many compliments on this jacket. Our company buys them for us but I bought a few for myself and a few family members.

Tingley rubber safety jacket - Lime green/black
This jacket fits me fine. The elastic is tight around waist and wrists but this is not really a problem for me since it is so cold outside, I find that no air comes thru my arms or waist. I am 5'9" at 180 LBS 36 inch waist so this hugs me but not so uncomfortable that I cannot move around. I have worn this in rain and it has a sown in hat with draw strings and tabs that keep the hat closed around my face as tight as I would like. The reflectivity of this jacket is so bright, I can even see the light reflecting off me at night when vehicles approach. It has been down to 0 degrees fahrenheit here yet this jacket keeps me so warm I have to unzip it at times. How ever, it does not "breath" very well as it makes me sweat and I have to remove the jacket at times to cool off. I am very conscientious about trying to look professional and this jacket certainly keeps me looking professional. I am a medium build yet the jacket does not impede my ability to work in it. I ordered a large. I have done traffic direction duties, cutting trees and bushes, moved wheeled generators and other tasks and this jacket has proven tough. I have gotten it caught in an old fence with broken wire yet the jacket did not rip. And this jacket is machine washable. I had some stains from oils, chicken manure, gasoline, lubricant grease and yet with Shout and Tide, all the stains and smells came out! Most stains come out easy with Dawn and a sponge. Not trying to plug products but we have other non brand that do not work as well. I dry on low setting in our dryer and my jacket came out looking brand new. My Wife and our Daughter remark that it actually looks brighter after the wash! One thing I have noticed however is that when I received this jacket, it had many loose threads which bothered me so I had to trim them very carefully with my wifes hair cutting scissors. If there is anything about this jacket you want to know, please let me know. I hope you find this helpful.

How dry I am, how dry I’ll be,....
When I was younger, if I got caught in the rain while riding my motorcycle, it was no big deal. Just kept right on riding. I’m not young anymore. I hate riding in the rain. It’s not only dangerous but it’s uncomfortable. I don’t want to be uncomfortable. I ride these days because I want to, not have to. So I pack a rain jacket in my gear. This one is pretty much just what I was looking for. Good material, well put together. And very important-visibility. It’s often hard enough for cars to see you, only gets harder in the rain. This jacket will keep you dry and let you be seen. That’s exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be that it’s so heavy and well sealed, that I sweat like a pig. lol Oh well, price you gotta pay. Look, I’m still gonna pull over and ride the storm out under a bridge or in a tavern if I can. But if not, I know I’m covered. (see what I did there????? I’m 5’11” 205lbs Large fits good Good jacket. You should get one Thanks for reading

Affordable hi-vis, just what I needed
As most other people posted, you really need to get a size-larger than normal. The problem is not a lot of people posted their build in comparison to the size they ordered. For reference, I am 5'10 and 180lbs. I ordered a large, which fits, but I always wonder if I should've gone for an XL. The jacket feels short and as if it is going to ride up my back and expose my belt/shirt underneath. The spandex material in the waistband area and arms are snug enough to not ride up, but again they are pretty snug. Build quality is what you'd expect. I've been wearing this jacket on a construction site mostly in the mornings here in SW Louisiana/Texas where we've actually had some cold weather the past few months. The days where it was a high between 32-40 I felt comfortable walking or standing outside for extended periods of time. The insulation is plenty warm, but it's not too bulky either. Offers good wind and rain protection. I will most likely hang it up in the closet for the rest of the year until things cool off again in December. So long winter.

GREAT PRODUCT AT GOOD PRICE
Really well made, superbly visible and great water resistance without overheating you! At first I was concerned of black on bottom but when you look at how sit on a motor scooter (or bike) and usually have a backpack on that area is good to be black so does not show dirt that I suspect will be immediately spotted (ha, pun intended) on an all yellow or any other all one non-black color option! Bought for son in college who has our Gas Scooter to get around campus and area nearby. And he really likes, during Thanksgiving break here at home, sister borrowed without asking and really liked it too AND SHE IS MOST FUSSY about materials how they feel, fit and work! Although not had very long yet, it also seems to be made of durable material, but if that changes over time, I will update this posting below this sentence AND GOOD to note that our son is a really good tester as he is NOT easy on his clothing of this type!

Seriously Great Jacket!!
Seriously Great Jacket!! 6'2 & 190/med. slim, the large size fits just a whisper snug, but 100% satisfied due to the thickness of the lining in coat/arms. Neck area does have soft material & looks to be well made. Would classify this as a "heavy"safety windbreaker for active type work. I do have long arms, but sleeves are not too short, cuffs/waist band are tight to keep wind/rain/snow out. IMO, with a couple layers added underneath will be warm enough in 20-30 degree temps in mild winds. Lost one star, due to missing Zipper!! WTH Its 98degrees outside so I can wait....again.

Overall its pretty nice. Great in all elements
Overall its pretty nice. Great in all elements. Keeps me warm. And dry. And also pretty good on windy days. I read reviews on the fitment. I am 5,5 155. And i have a large. I wear a t-shirt a long sleeve t-shirt and a hooded sweat shirt under this coat on cold days. And it fits well and i have good room and movement in it. When zipped all the way up and i stretch out for something it does like to creep up the back some. But not a big deal.

Doesn't meet high vis requirements in my area. Buyer beware!
So I bought this for my next outdoor construction wet season here in the PNW. I was super disappointed to see than the back in not marked with a reflective "X" on the back, which is required here (it's also pretty important, a crane operator or truck driver needs to see if you're facing him of not, sometimes from a couple hundred feet away.) The front is marked the same as the back. The add doesn't show any pics of the back side, which I feel like was intentionally misleading. Overall nice coat, seems like it would be great in the weather, too bad I can't use it. Pretty small for a large too, I'm 6'2, 175lbs and I would have liked a size up.

Does its job
Size up by one or two sizes for comfort and room for colder weather under clothing.
