Great
I’m 6’1 200lbs Common popular insole doesn’t provide enough support. This one is great. However support gets slimmer in the toe area. Get a size bigger then trim it will get the best result.

Very Comfortable!
Put these insoles in my work boots due to the fact that I’m on my feet 12 hours every workday. These insoles have changed the game. Highly recommend!!

Thickest in the 220+ category that I've tried, yet correct firm/soft feel
I'm 6'0" 270 lbs. size 13 slightly higher than normal instep and just diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis so I have recently been trying ALL of the inserts (and work boots) that allow free shipping and return. So far these Timberland Pro Anti Fatigue provide the best and thickest overall heel support.....(Please believe me "thick only" would not have cut it for me if they were too soft or too firm). I've tred the following inserts: 1) Redwing (work shoes the best, inserts overpriced joke), 2) Dr. Scholl's Extra support for Big and Tall (ok but thinner) 3) Walkomfy (better arch support than these but not enough heel cushion) 4) Valsole (again better (but a little too high for me) arch support but not enough heel cushion) 5) Walk-Hero (too thin) 6) RISCTRRE (nice but too thin) 7) Superfeet Copper (total bricks) 8) Superfeet Orange (total bricks) 9) Currex RunPro - High Profile (too thin). In full disclosure, so far I've only walked (for over a week) around my house with all of these (because I want to return the ones I reject) but after testing them for a week I'm convinced that I could stand and walk for a longer period of time on these Timberland Pro Anti Fatigue than any of the others. As best as I can tell, the only potential draw backs to the Timberlands over the others are that 1) I may have felt slightly more stable in some of the ones with the plastic cups but not by much, since these Timberlands are all rubber with no plastic cups and 2) I don't know how long the Anti-Fatigue quality will last under my 270 lbs. Nevertheless, if I have to replace them every 6 months I think it would be worth it although I have no idea how long I can expect them to last, they might last 6 years. Also, I will aim to update this review in 6 months or year. P.S. got Plantar Fasciitis from cutting my lawn in Crock Clogs (bad idea) but I can't say too many positive things about how impressed I am with the 5" Redwing Tradesman (Style 6614) with the BOA system - expensive but wow, really the way to go for highly supportive yet quick to get on and off work shoes! Why did I go on and on about this? Because, I have to believe there are a lot of other guys like me out there who ended up shopping for inserts and good shoes after getting Plantar Fasciitis, or worst, because we love using quick on and off shoes to cut our lawns :) I hope this helps.

They work.
A little on the pricey side, but the best I've found so far.

Great Entry Level Insole
Bought this pair because the stock ones that came inside of my Danner Vital Boots were little to no cushion at all. I am a very high arch person, meaning that I am not much flat footed. So, I wasn't really looking for support as much as I was impact cushion. I hike and hunt a lot and these insoles provide a good amount of cushion for me as I carry 45+ lbs up, and more importantly, down the mountain. They are light and (so far) durable. My feet have been happy and do not hurt at the end of an 8 mile day. They are primarily constructed out of a heterogenous foam. This makes them dry very quickly in the Montana sun & breeze, which is nice. For $30, I am satisfied with these insoles.

Best insoles
Theses are the best insoles I have ever purchased. I got my first pair for free at a police convention and I have bought several pairs since. Great feel and fit.

They wear out quickly, but they're comfy.
Bought these to replace the insoles my of hiking shoes. They're flexible and comfortable, even on rocky and uneven surfaces. Perfect for my needs, except that they wear out pretty quickly. I'm on my third pair in two years.

Way Better Than Dr. Scholl's for Work Boots.
I've been using safety boots professionally for around 6 years, in a home improvement environment, not construction. I've struggled a lot finding the most comfortable work boots, but ended up going back to Timberland Pro as I became quite confident in their ability to be consistent regardless of the model in keeping my feet and legs feeling pretty okay after 9-10 hours on my feet. While the boot itself plays a big role in overall comfort, the insoles are a HUGE detail most folks overlook. Last time I used Dr. Scholl's in a work boot, I very quickly realized that they're not dense enough for rough environments (big fan of them for casual / dress shoes though). While the Dr. Scholl's insoles made my feet feel beaten by the end of the day, the Timberland Pro insoles felt thick enough to compliment the rougher environment-- walking on cement for hours, stepping over rough materials, etc. Overall, even I stop buying Timberland Pro boots, I'd highly consider using these insoles in a different brand of boot or even casual boots that you may walk a lot in! I think they struck gold with these insoles, they're a little dense / thick for casual shoes/slimmer footware, so for that, Dr. Scholl's is the way to go. porque no traen los zapatos estas plantillas!

Good, but not that good.
Bought the insoles because I needed something to ease the fatigue in my feet during the long working hours. It has a partially positive effect, but not a significant one, anyways nothing to justify the pretty high price.

Exelebte compra

Comfortable but wears out SUPER fast.
While these SUPER thick insoles are VERY comfortable the anti-fatigue layer and top layer of fabric are basically trash. I am on my second pair in a year and at $40 a pop I might as well just have bought new boots instead. The boots these go in are GREAT, but I will be contact cementing in another cheaper insole on top of these lol.
