Helps balance

I have serious problems with balance, especially stepping up and down curbs. A used days in physical therapy. The therapist told me that they were available to purchase. So, I was able to continue working on my balance with this (and other balance exercises). I find it has made a real difference in both my legs, strength, and balance. I’ve never really used the leg attachments which makes it higher. I just needed that curb height. If you have similar needs, I highly recommend purchasing this. It has really helped me.

Works great

I purchased this to replace a medical step that was cheaply made and kept breaking. These steps work so good I ordered more to replace all the medical steps I have around my home.

Used after knee surgery

This step was very useful after knee surgery to do my PT exercise. However, it is not as sturdy as I would have liked and only has two levels.

Excellent for Exercise

I bought this product initially, for Rehab on knee, but I think I’m going to start trying some step aerobics with it as well. I’m pretty sure if I continue step aerobics for a while, I will probably need something with some height, but this is a good bang for your buck to get you started & see if it sticks, before spending more money.

Great step

Love the step. It’s my first workout step that I’ve purchased. It’s sturdy and I haven’t had any issues with it. I’ve been working out with the Shaun T transformer workouts and there’s a lot of jumping and squats on and off the step and it’s been great so far. The only con is the grooving is sometimes uncomfortable when doing abs and having to lay down on the step, but that can easily be fixed with placing a towel on top of the step before you lay on it. The grooves definitely come in handy for push ups and triceps.

Pretty good step

Good step for exercise. I like how wide it is and that it can be different heights. My only complaint is the storage of the extra legs. Once you put one set on you can’t store the other set in the unit. They won’t fit. So they have to sit on shelf somewhere. Disappointing.

Sturdy and the perfect size

When I bought it I told myself not to expect to much but this step is sturdy and doesn’t move an inch when stepping up and down my only negative for this item is I find the price a bit high

Light weight but stable when used on carpet

Loved the stepper it is perfect for my exercise routine. The stepper is light weight making it easy to move. The extra legs to increase the height of the stepper are conveniently stored underneath. I would buy this stepper again

Safe and Sturdy.

I bought this for my son who had a stroke almost 2 years ago. He exercises everyday and only has the use of 1 arm and wears a brace on his leg. He wanted the Step to practise stepping up and down with his bad leg. He feels safe and secure on this step, therefore I am at ease knowing he is exercising safely.

I like this product! It is sturdy and doesn't slip. The one thing that I don't like, is that my foot is too big and I wish that there was more room. Otherwise, I like it!
